Everything is within stone's throw away at a Divisoria price. Though they don't serve breakfast meals, the ref was a saving grace for left-overs from the Sincerity & Chuan Kee restaurant the previous day. You can stash away your valuables in a safe and we had a restful night with all the creature comforts after a busy day haggard from haggling.

The power outlets at the table aren't working. Though the circuit breakers are near above the main door, I saw it fit to charge my phones near the hair dryer. I didn't bother to call up room service since I am not that hard to please and I took it as my penitence during the Holy Week to hold the water heater at the blower to enjoy my Kape at Pandesal the next day while reflecting at the mirror. Other than that, I can live on the Red Planet if the rest of mother earth becomes uninhabitable :D By the way, Binondo was derived from the Tagalog word : Binondok, which means 'mountain'. It's a good thing I was able to shower 3x during our stay. Otherwise, I could've smelt like Calvary Hill during this El Nino period.

Franz at the front desk and Timan at Security were welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect - everything worked. Even watched the movie Elvis on HBO. Location suited walking to sights in Chinatown of course but also Intramuros. It was a short walk to Corriedo train station where I took the train to Baclaran - a quick and inexpensive way to get to the airport (20 minutes, 20 PHP). Red Planet was a wonderful place to spend my last day in the Philippines.

Free filtered water would have been appreciated but it was not costly to buy at the front desk. I didn't mind purchasing instant coffee packets.

Everything you need in a compact and clean place. Really 4 star standars at a good price. Great value for money. It was perfect for our one day stop in Manila. Very easy to get to the Intramurros area, as the jeepneys towards that area pass right in front of the hotel.

The elevator situation was hilarious and annoying at the same time. We would end up stuck at the 8th floor, with no elevator to use. This is a multi use hotel and it needs to have separate elevators for regular vs quarantine clients. The quarantine elevator has a big "don't use sign" blocking its doors, on every floor. But the 2 elevators the hotel has, are called from a single panel. Many times when we called the elevator, the quarantine one would come. And since that was hardly used, no one would call it. So we had to get pass the "don't use sign", go into the quarantine elevator we were not supposed to use and send it to another floor, hoping that when we call the elevator again, the regular one will come. Also, the area of the hotel can be unsafe.

When you use the shower, the bathroom floor gets wet You have to enter through the parking as the main entrance is reserved for quarantine The room is a bit small but it was ok for me, as I don’t have lots of luggage The neighbourhood is not very clean but it was also ok for me as I like local experiences

I asked for a quiet room and I have it. It is quiet and cozy. Despite the fact that the hotel is right next to a busy street, the room is actually very quiet at night. The bed is so comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean. The WiFi is also very fast!

This is not the hotel's fault, but I can't wait for the road construction to be completed asap so that we don't have to wait for a long time for the Grab driver to arrive. The traffic on this Juan Luna Street is insane, there is traffic jam all day every day all the time. I can foresee that in the future, after the road construction is completed, the location of this hotel will be invincible.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The best was comfy and it had a TV with lots of channels. The WiFi connection was very strong and we were able to work no problem. Staff were helpful and brought anything we requested to the room. The location is central Chinatown.

Would have been nice if they provided refillable water. The hotel is still taking quarantine guests so the lifts were segregated which meant you may wait a while for them as no priority ordering has been applied.

This hotel was amazing! The room was pretty big and super clean, the bed was a king size and was very comfortable. The hotel in itself looked high standing and the common areas were very well maintained. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, they even helped us arrange a booking for a bus to Sagada, which was greatly helpful. The location was okay, a bit out of the way of the main tourists attractions and the old town, but we could reach it by walking a bit, so we didn’t mind that much.

Because they are doing quarantine for non vaccinated travellers, you have to enter the hotel by the back through the parking lot. Although I find it nice that they do accommodate people required to quarantine, I find it strange that these people enter by the front, as I’m guessing there are less of them than vaccinated ones, and not the other way around. But that is just a small detail.

- Stuff in reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful and check in procedure was also smooth and fast - Room was cleaning and qiute, bed is sooo comfy and bed linen is fresh - Wi-Fi is stable and song (also good for video calls that I had) - Location is good, close to all tourists destinations and city center

- No drinking water in room - Shower gel and shampoo in room wasn't there - As it's still quarantine hotel, there are 2 entrances and regular guests should enter hotel through the parking zone - Also there was some mess with elevators cause as a regular guest you can use only one of and wait soooo long or send other elevator upstairs to use another. - Road construction is straight in the entrance

The service was amazing, via chat accessible and very helpful, I required to have some documents printed and they were very forthcoming in helping me out and printing it. Clean and decent rooms, shower was perfect and all was well. Parking was very accessible and decent! We were allowed to park there a bit after check out. Awesome!

There was no water included in the room, also they didn't have any available at the front desk to buy at that moment. If you're tired during the heat, that's too bad.
