The location was pretty great - right in front of SM North Edsa mall and walking distance to Trinoma and Vertis North. It was also relatively near to transportation hubs so getting around was easy for my family member visiting. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Rooms (and t&b) were a bit small but still comfortable. We stayed at the 10th floor and there was only one working elevator during our stay so we had to wait for a few minutes before being able to go up/down. We requested for the 4 rooms to be next to each other but there was one that got separated and was quite a distance from the other rooms

I love the location and the cleanliness of the room. It's also a good thing that they have laptop table because I brought my work, and the wifi is stable. Bed is really comfy and there are 4 pillows plus a thick comforter. I had a great sleep. The price is also very affordable. There are lots of liquid soap which smells good. There are bottled waters too. The staff is very nice. We will definitely go back here.

No toothbrush and toothpaste. Good thing we brought our own. But overall, I loved the experience. Worth the money.

The bed is very comfortable and we did sleep well. Aircon is super cold and the location is great. We ask for another toilet napkins and rag tho, but none came on our last day, maybe they forgot. But over all we had a very nice stay, Thank you!

Well, the entrance is very small, when we arrived, I am looking for the door, I thought it's on the other side but I realized that was it 😊 Shower room is a bit small that you can bumped on the corner of the cement pole.

Location is near mall, convenience stores, restaurant and transport terminal. Really good location. There are Tables at the lobby to set up temporary work station. Internet is good.

During the period of stay, only 'Cash' transaction was acceptable at the check in. Hard cash. In that specific room, No warm water for shower. And TV had no signal.

Clean room, bed sheets and towels. Staff are cooperative and very helpful. The guards are assisting with the parking.

Supply of Mineral water daily needs to be delivered to the room without the need to request for it. Garbage should be collected whenever it's out of the room and not to wait to be collected the following day. The wall partition needs to be upgraded as the "noises" from the next room can be heard clearly.

- 2nd time in this hotel - Room is small but comfy enough for overnight stay - Mall is walking distance - Comfy beds - Accommodating staff - TV and wifi are working - Small toilet and shower but clean with hot and cold shower

- Hallway is a bit dirty - Room is a bit dusty maybe housekeeping need to clean well next time - No electric kettle in the room. They will give hot water when you need but you have to have own cups and mug

I liked that the room was clean, it was easy to check in. The concierge was also very professional and helpful.. I had a sprain due to an accident prior to checking in and he was kind enough to lend me their ice pack to put over my sprain.

There was nothing that I didn't like, it was all in all a good hotel if you're on a budget.

(My Sister) mentioned that customer service, in general, was exceptional, including the guard. Her entire stay was very comfortable. The facilities were great, and the cleanliness was superb. Wifi was good enough for her online needs.

A little noise was heard from the other room beside hers.

Loved the hot water and room service massage. The lady was well-trained and the massage relieved my stress from working long hours prior to my stay at the hotel.

The towels. They smelled like they weren't dried well. It was not that bad. Tolerable but maybe pay attention to laundry.
