Injap Tower Hotel

The accommodating staff. location was perfect, just a stone throw away from SM. The housekeeping (A+) were very efficient, and cleans the rooms daily, linens changed as well. bed comfortable. water from shower does not leak into the main toilet. reasonable for its price.

minor concerns: The hotel shows its age with facilities (air-con quite loud, dirty outside windows, our shower head keeps leaking and there was a water pressure issue when we stayed) but the hotel staff communicated and assisted us with a working shower. parking limited, with a very narrow driveway up to parking. But the guys assists you all the time. gym and pool so-so.

well firstly the location it self is very convenient, what stands out the most is the restaurant services, especially Mr. Roger Mendoza... he shows excellent service and entertain all personnel eating and having bfast at the restaurant. He make sure to great them and ask them what they need, for me personally, morning is the most important establishment of the progress in a day, so if you have a great morning you will have a great day, and he offer such brightness in a morning....

the room doors are already damage at some rooms, maintenance is insufficient. the way in the parking area is a bit scary and dangerous narrow and stiff way.

The staff are very accommodating. I liked that the place had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel was also accessible. There was brownout/blackout all over West Visayas during our entire visit but we had a good stay.

They very only 3 outlets available in the room (Not counting the one used by the refrigerator & microwave. One already used by the internet. They had an electric kettle. It was on the desk that is fully attached. But we had to boil water on the floor since the outlet was underneath the desk & the electric wires cannot pass through.

Location was great. Hotel was just right across SM and there is a footbridge for convenience. There were many shopping and dining options nearby. Rooms and bed were clean and comfortable. Nice view on 21st floor (for breakfast). Staff were accommodating. All in all great value for money.

Breakfast was decent but could be better. Strongly suggest you invest in equipment to keep the food hot so it will make the meals better. Other than that it was a very good spread. Not wow wow but decent and great value for money. Your danggit was great. There were limited outlets in the room but that is just a very minor inconvenience. Would also be great if you can update the pillows too. On another note, hoping you can check the toilet in Room 1510. No issue with the toilet it was functioning as expected. However, the water is running even after you flush. Just concerned about being environment friendly and not wasting water. Thank you.

The room has a mini kitchenette - with sink, fridge and a microwave oven - perfect when you are too lazy to dine out and just want to heat up something brought from the 711 downstairs . The location is perfect - directly in front of the SM mall, it is along where public transpo passes by and just a short walking diatance to good restos. The check in and check out is very efficient, the staff are attentive and friendly and the hotel, overall, is really clean. It exceeded my expectations!

I did not expect that the ammenity is complete nice view of the city. I am always in iloilo for short visit . I was so tiered and cant travel by land so i deciaded to stay for a night ,just shock how nice with complete ammenity

No spa area not available . They offer help near hotel spa ,but i dont recommend the secretly spa Avoid suggest tbis spa to your guest . Its not up to standard spa and it looks like the area is not safe ,some guest can afford to have expensive spa ,this one is low class spa. I tries to go near Sm the Morrocan spa value for money aswel safety and comfortable.

A good modest hotel for families and business people with ideal location exactly opposite the huge SM City Iloilo that provides an array of restaurants, shops, cinemas etc. Injap is about 30min. from the airport and a short drive into the city center. The hotel is clean, there's an outdoor pool, a restaurant serving local and international dishes and their wifi is strong! The 7/11 minimart at the ground floor is useful. Reception personnel are very friendly and courteous while housekeeping service is great!

I would have rated Injap higher but the presence of very tiny ants is quite annoying, they are everywhere!!! Something needs to be done and soon! Also, I was utterly disappointed with the Chicken Inasal I ordered from room service! They served me a bland, hard and dry half fried chicken topped with egg!!! What is that??? It has nothing to do whatsoever with the authentic Inasal that should be charcoal grilled! There isn't any smoking area anywhere, whether inside or outside the hotel premises. I understand the intention to discourage everyone from smoking but a least assign a hidden designated area even at the side of the hotel. I am not a true smoker, except for one or two sticks with my morning and/or nightcap coffee..

This is our 2nd time in injap tower hotel to stay , Me and my husband like most there are First, the staff they are so polite , accommodating and so approachable. they cater all we requested to them specially the room attendant. Like changing a bed because my husband not comfortable on it he got backpain at first 2 nights we stayed there.So, he ask a favor if they can replace another mattress something hard one and thanks they able to replaced it 😊Next, the food is okay but not like goof before the first we stayed.

The toilet never clean properly of cleaner who assigned there everytime , I think the cleaners dont have enough cleaning materials to used on it like chlorine or Zonrox and etc.the toilet is so stink,never brush well the floor and the toilet bowl that makes my husband complain always 😉 and the LINEN for suggestions only ...please put SOME softener because seems like they put only in dryer without washing it

Great place, accessible to all our planned sites to visit. Our room have a view of SM City Iloilo. Homey and comfy room too!!. Excellent staff (especially the housekeeping). We had an over flowing supply of toiletries (though the shampoo and conditioner were not so good 😅)and complementary slippers everyday🥰!!! Grateful also to the front desk staff for accommodating our additional guest without prior arrangements.

Funny observation not a dislike!!. SM city is too near yet so far 😂 for our senior citizens. Literally just across the highway that it's impractical to ride any transportation. Only way to cross is via the overpass which is a little tricky for the elders..

Location - The hotel was just across SM Iloilo which was very convenient. There is also a 711 Convenience store on the grand floor should you need to go for a quick supply run. Cleanliness - The room was thoroughly cleaned before they offer them to guests. Room storage - There was more than enough storage for all our stuff. Microwave and fridge were also available for use.

The path going to the parking space is only good for one vehicle but it's the only way going to and coming from there. They have people who assist and communicate with the ground staff but it could have been better planned. The elevator was wet most of the time due to other guests using it while still wet from the pool. Shower water pressure is quite weak.
