MO2 Westown Lagoon Coron

View - 10/10 cozy and cool Staff - 8/10 some staff need more training but over all they are friendly. Room - 9/10 they clean the room everyday but need to report the water when it's not working properly. Restaurant - 9/10 they have a good food compare outside. Front Desk - 9/10 reliable and active. Manager - 10/10 he absolutely know how to manage a guest salute. Location - 8/10 this is 15-20mins far from the port and market but they have shuttle and tricycle just right outside the hotel they even offer motor bike rent so no worries plus this is great if you want to get away from the busy place of the port and market. If you will avail tour from the agency for sure there is a free transfer vice-versa to hotel and port. Price - 9/10 compare to other places nearby this hotel is really great it has everything you need and you will feel safe and secure not crowded. We really have a memorable experience in MO2 Westown Lagoon.

Staff really need more training so they will act fast and also know how to deal with there guests especially in the restaurant since different nationally has a different way how there food want to be prepared.

I booked for may nieces with thier kids so they can have a fresh start for shool.. children love the pool they enjoyed it alot so i heard❤️❤️❤️

Upon check in supposed to be 14u checkin but they need to wait awhile because the room was not ready yet... nothing wrong to wait.. but when u put a time of check in suppose to be room is ready🙂 They love the family room so I heard❤️❤️❤️

The resort is nice and has a big potential but it is old and needs renovation Pool area is wide and relaxing Food was OK The room was very large The massage was the best I had in the philipines

The big pool was closed for repair and so was the spa .The room is huge but floor and furniture are old an unapealing The TV signal was very weak even after repair - some of the channels were practically impossible to watch. Location is around 10 minutes of bumpy tooktook ride from town - but the town is so ugly you may prefer staying in the resort. In the first night I was told that due to overbooking I will be transfered to the twin Coron Westown Resort just across the street. No problem with that. The other resort was really good and better so if the cost difference is not big you should prefer Coron Westown Resort

Hotel in quiet area 10 mins from Coron town by motorbike (rental available near hotel) or trike. Large bedroom with 6 comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Large swimming pool and bar was inside hotel area. Breakfast was quite tasty with choice of local food. Staff was nice and helpful (eg. arranged transport from/to airport).

weak wifi and cell signal coverage. a/c was little bit noisy

Our room got downgraded for 1 night, but in return they gave us complementary breakfast for our whole stay which I kind of liked, because the breakfast here is really good and everyday they served different warm dishes. The ambiance of the hotel is also very nice, pool was nice and not too busy and the staff was also very helpful. Overall a good experience 👍🏼

Doing laundry here is very expensive as you need to pay per piece rather than per kg 😅

Clean rooms, good breakfast buffet (mostly asian food but the beef broth was sooooooo good ), very helpfull and friendly staff. Location bit out of town so nice and calm (some roosters around that like to cockeldodeldoo in the morning 🤣 but thats normal around here). Prices 4 extra's are realy reasonable. Over all i can highly recommend this place.

A detail but the juice at breakfast is made from powder and i dont get that if you re in a country with such amazing fruit

this hotel was very nice. very peaceful and beautiful, it is a little out of town but there is constant tuktuk's outside the hotel and it's just 40peso per person. staff where very helpful and the food in the hotel restaurant was nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, good for families, couples and friends.

the aircon was very loud and the water pressure in the showers is very bad. the hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful but there is a lot of chickens that are very noises around the hotel, this didn't bother me as I am a deep sleeper but I had a friend who was up all night. Also again not the hotels fault but we couldn't book the ferry from coron to el nido, they just said 'go to town to book it' and we left it very last minute and had to extend our trip for an extra few days, so make sure you book the ferry as soon as you get there!!!

Perfect acomodation with great swiming pool, comfortable rooms and beds (we had family room with 2 toilets). We had good times at the pool bar with funny bartender. Breakfest was rich and tasty......

......but a bit overpriced. Dinners at the hotel restaurant below average. Better to go to the town. About 10 minutes drive by tricikle from downtown, but price for tricikle - 50P (less then 1USD) per person is cheep.

We loved the pool, the staff and their very good service. We also loved our room (family room), because we have 1 king bed and 2 singles. The room was big and spacious. 2 big rooms and each have their own bathroom and TV. Also, there is direct access to the swimming pool since it is located on the ground floor.

The only thing I had issues with was no hot water in the masters bathroom. Breakfast selection is good but not included in the room rate also shuttle service.

we would like to commend Chris John from the restobar for the exceptional service we got from him since day 1. he has been very attentive to our needs and has been extremely patient with us. we were a party of 10 and each time we would dine in, he would take care of us. we truly appreciate him and the rest of the staff at MO2 Westown Lagoon. everyone has been professional, kind and courteous and has made us feel welcomed. Keep up the great work! highly recommend this hotel!
