Bridge Hotel

The place is located at the city center. There are many fast food stores and restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows are soft and staying here is good for its value. The receptionists are kind also and helpful to tourists.

There is no elevator at the property and the hotel is located at the third floor of the building. The flush is not that working when we stayed here and there is a smell sometimes from the bathroom

The Bridge Hotel in Cagayan de Oro is centrally located, and has spacious, comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful, particularly the outside security guard who recommended I move my big bike and park it right in front of where he'd be sitting all night.

There was a small cockroach on my bed when I woke up. Considering the other facilities and level of comfort, this didn't fit well. That's what you'd expect in a tiny provincial hotel.

The room was clean and spacious enough. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There's unlimited free coffee and water at the lobby. And the staffs were friendly and helpful.

The hotel starts at the 2F and there's no signage outside the building where the entrance is or how to get there. There are no elevators so it would be difficult for seniors, PWDs, and travellers with big luggages to check in or go to their rooms. I don't like that the aircon in our room can't be set to lower than 25 degrees as well.

It is very cozy, clean room, with very accomodating staff. It has a beautiful lobby where you can sit and entertain your visitors. It has free drinking water and coffee for guests which is quite essential. Maybe next time they will add breakfast meal so that we can avail.

More signages especially on the ground floor. I observed that there are also some waste materials very visible on the guests on the ground floor near the stairs. But the hotel was on the third floor and it was very clean.

I love the smell of the place - from the reception to the room. The place generally looks and smells clean - though there was a thread of cobwebs in the shower. The room was small but it is good for its price. The staff are nice and the guard was very helpful with the luggage.

The place didn't have a lift so maybe that is something that they can install someday.

Staff were accomodating and helpful. It was clean. Requested chair which they comply.

No elevator but the staff was helpful with luggages. Towels were super worn out. Bathroom smells but i was able to solved it by using disinfectants I brought along. It has stains on the faucet bowl and the water clogs up. No shampoo/soap coner in the shower area so water drips as you reach for it near the faucet.

I like the minimalist design of the hotel. I think they got inspiration from Muji Japan Hotel. The interior was really nice, the bed sheets, comforters and pillow are really comfy (comparavle to 5 star hotels), the staffs were nice and approachable and it's situated in the center.

No breakfast, my room has no window and it is located at the 3rd floor of the building and it has no elevator.

Everything about the Bridge Hotel is good, except that the bathroom doesn't have a bidet. But that's a very minor issue.

I was charged TWICE when I booked this room. The site is awful, it doesn't provide a solution for someone like me who had just been charged twice. What a bummer!

Cheap ckean and great staff, really helpful, as my father had just got out of hospital

The taxi drivers didn't know where it was. And the area is a little run down, but being renovated.

The location was very convenient. The room was very clean. The wifi was strong.

There was no parking. There was no elevator so it was not accessible to my mother who is a PWD.
