La Casa Corazón

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast included was the best we’ve had and you get to eat it on the decking out the back facing the Caribbean Ocean. Location was great right in the mix of things in the heart of Bocas Town. Through fault of our own we left some cash in the room on check out, the French girl Cynthia who was super helpful from the beginning sent us a photo of what we left behind and then sent the cash back to my account. What a hero! That was the icing on the cake after a súperb stay. 10/10. Highly recommended.

Nothing, todo cool !

We booked several rooms for our friends and family, and as the reservation included multiple rooms, we expected more complications at check-in, which was not the case. The property contacted us in advance via Whatsapp and maintained an open channel of communication to easily address any questions. We were very happy with the personalized attention we received, and were happily surprised with the quality of the accommodations.

The restaurant hotel was adequate, it has a lovely open waterfront terrace, the food was good but not excellent. It is hard to find something we did not like about our stay, so my only comment is that the gastronomic offering could be improved, otherwise it was an amazing experience.

The hotel was reopened three months ago when we were there and you could see that the new bosses put a lot of effort in the facilities and are very friendly. Very nice bedrooms, common rooms and sweet details everywhere. Casa Corazon is located central near the taxi boats and still not very loud at night. Perfect starting point to various activities in the area.

The staff was a little unorganised which was visible in long waiting times at breakfast, nobody in reception, couldn't assist with general questions (like how long is it to the next island, how can we get there...). We had dinner here once but it was not sooo good (+ staff as mentioned above) and the competition in town is too strong so we didn't go for a second time. Seems the owners put literally their corazon in this but there is still a lack of basic hotel business routines - hopefully this will be resolved over time.

GREAT VALUE! Bed was good, a/a up and running, hot water, staff very friendly, no bugs on my room! Breakfast is very complete and with options!

this is a wood house, so be aware that you may hear your neighbors of other rooms or people on the halls walking/running we had some issues with the water for 2 days, but it’s not the hotel’s fault… We knew it could happen and we were on our way to the beach so!

The property is in the ideal location as it is right next to the boat taxis and quick walking distance to the restaurants/bars. The bed was comfortable and the room had excellent AC and was quiet even with being close to the water taxis. They also have the cutest cat that sits out in the restaurant while you enjoy a good range of breakfast options.

If we’re being really picky, the only downside was there was no view from our room but not a big deal since we got a basic room.

I adore this place! location is the best, the breakfast is good, staff is really helpful and nice Room is cozy, bathroom is average, we got a balcony that was nice and Wifi works fine. Remember it’s an island so it may not be as fast as you are used to They have a bar with happy hours, restaurant and if you want to explore by yourself, staff gives you all the tips

Prepare for the stairs if you get the 2nd floor like us! no probs for us but other people might have issues Also this place is made of wood, so if you have issues with noise, pls expect it too!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to all the boats leaving the island. Close to all the restaurants amd supermarkets. The owner was super friendly and did more than her best to help us with all the questions we had.

For us with 2 out of 3 with coeliac, the choise for breakfast was just 1. But the owner did all she can to give us a nice breakfast.

best location and a great terrace with good food and drinks :) there is a great dock for swimming and seeing the Harbour ❤️ Mateus was a very great receptionist and glad to help, also up for great conversation and has good recommendations. the room is great with ac and with a reasonable price.

the perfumed scent in the room is nice but could be a bit less ;)

Breakfast and staff were outstanding! I appreciated the way in which Cynthia greeted everyone at breakfast in the dining room. The staff had tons of information about places to visit and where to find specific things in town.

My room was quite dark. A brighter lamp on the nightstand would have been helpful.

great location, clean facilities has hot water, really close to the water taxi so you don't have to walk far and the nearest dive center is a minute walk. The staff was really nice, showed us how to connect to chromecast in our room, should we want to use it.

Food was ok, expensive for what you get, the internet kept going out and slow speeds.
