Karachi Marriott Hotel

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, had to change rooms due to a loud neighbor. Switching was assisted by Tanya, she was very helpful. Good food and excellent Tea. Executive lounge was also a great option. Car drop service was excellent and worth the value.

A bit dated carpeting in the hallways. Room was clean.

The staff was very friendly, nice and accommodating. Tania, guest relations is a professional and was always kind, greeting me by name, a warm smile and asking if I needed anything. Zohaib checked me in and out. He is fast, efficient. All the staff I came in contact with was a very positive experience. Warm smile, asking me how my stay is if I needed anything.

The location is central in Karachi and most everything that matters is nearby. The staff is wonderful and takes care of you at every step. The food is excellent (except the tea and coffee; they were warm).

Of course the security measurements were an inconvenient but necessary. At night time there was strong overpowering odor reminiscent of what I smelled in Bangkok near water.

Staff at breakfast time was very welcoming and cordial. They made their best effort to accommodate with fresh parathas, Omelette and Coffee. Clean and very friendly environment at the dining hall.

Old linens and the mattresses were old. In my one Mattress was water damaged. Bathroom shower area should have non-slip coarse surface. I was about to slip many times. Just took precautions and asked Mariam to clean the shower daily. She took care us the most.

Overall, a very lovely stay. The staff were extremely nice and polite. The room was very spacious.

There was an awful smell in the upper floor corridors of the hotel. Not sure if water had leaked somewhere, but the odour was awful. Luckily, it wasn’t coming through to the bedroom.

The staff, the amenities, the ambience, the lights, the WiFi, the hospitality, the cleanliness Everything was perfect and they even gave me a complimentary cake for my birthday. Thank you Marriot Karachi!

Customer service good Amel he treats us very friendly. Room service excellent Mr ,Asif I stay 6 night whatever I ask he bring us . Clean room Syed Asif every day Clean room bathroom I like it every service Thanj you provide good service.

The maintenance and cleanliness of the room. The spread and the quality of the breakfast, though would help to increase the options somewhat. The room service was amazing.

The taste of the food served via room service could be better. And i had the unfortunate incidence of finding a hair in a slice of cake...

All was good. they do need to change their towels. The hotels that i have stayed in have towels that are constantly changed. The towel at this hotel were well used and the towel placed on the Sink was frayed. Apart for this the service and staff were very good

Serve a better Coffee at Breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Beautifully furnished, rooms were big and spacious too, plus great staff.

I liked everything. What could be improved is the breakfast, I feel that other hotels have a bit more variety.
