Staff was attentive and helpful while the Hotel's cleanliness was up to the standard expected. Breakfast and a convenient location were an additional plus. Would definitely be a returning customer.

Wi-Fi should be improved as the connection was consistently unstable in the room (4th floor).

A budgeted three-star hotel in the very center of the city and at the back of the main bazaar( market) Where you will find food restaurants, cafes, ATMs, and all kinds of necessities of life, with the Sultan Qaboos Mosque on one side and the beach on the other, about a ten-minute drive away. We took the room on the 6th floor which was spacious, clean and airy room with a beautiful view of the mosque from the window, the room had a king size bed with a sofa and a table as well as bottled water and coffee and tea making facilities. Yes, it was a cozy and comfortable room with a big size bathroom. when it comes to breakfast you will find a good variety of Indian food. If we talk about the behavior of the staff, from the front office to the room cleaning, all the staff were professional and well behaved. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salalah.

Nothing for Dislike

1) The location of the hotel is ideal to travel East, West and North. 2) The staff at the reception Mr. Vineeth & team and the restaurant staff Mr. Shaheen and team were very co-operative and demonstrated excellent hospitality 3) The housekeeping team were very prompt and kept the room neat and hygienic 4) The buffet breakfast was amazing and the restaurant menu catered for lunch and dinner with variety of options. Overall, me and my family enjoyed our stay in the hotel . Thanks a lot to the entire team. It felt so cosy and safe just like another home

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend. I wanted a central hotel that would serve my travel group. The place exceeded my expectations. The rooms are huge, very clean, with everything I need inside. The breakfast was very good but, best of all, the people who work at the hotel, from the receptionist, to the manager, to the breakfast people, to those who clean, are all above average friendly and available. Very good. I will return in November

One Mosquito ruined my night :)

It was a really nice hotel, bang in the middle of Salalah City. There were many nice restaurants nearby and all the major tourist attractions were just within an hour away. The breakfast was decent enough with fresh cheese masala omelette prepared for you and a different indian dish everyday. The cleanliness was wonderful. Every day when we returned to the hotel, it was kept spick and span with all the basic amenities replenished. Also, we had some Wifi issues and they immediately moved us to the top most floor with excellent Wifi and an amazing view. Highly recommended.

Better amenities such as : There was no shower gel provided, the body lotion was not good and all the rooms had a bad smell when we entered due to lack of ventilation.

Location is very good, near main city, very close to Sultan Al Qaboos Mosque. Nearby many restaurants, currency money exchange centres available and good market to buy stuff. Standard Room was decent big for 2 people. Clean room, clean toilet/bathroom. Staff were good. Breakfast different everyday, good though not much varieties, Indian Idli, Bread/Paratha, Croissants, Bread, Fruits, Arabic Vegetables, Chicken Strips.

There is a bus station near the hotel if you are taking a bus from/to the airport like me. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially, they help me with my transport in Salalah. Wifi and hot water work well. Breakfast is quite tasty. There are a lot of eateries nearby. The hotel is quite clean.

Well, it`s a kinda royal hotel. Quite posh, in an old-school way. Great and very helpful staff. The room was bigger than my current apartment. Extremely comfortable, clean and quiet, despite it overlooking the main road. Great value for money.

Breakfast could be a bit various, but I didn`t leave hungry.
