Quality Hotel Grand Royal

Nice, the restaurant is also nice considering most of things are closed late. Even if is expensive, it is a good option. Kinda fast food with high prices, but tasty. Breakfast was very good.

The room was a bit too hot and the window opens very little. There is no easy parking around. I used the mall next to it for parking, but then there was some issues with the app on exiting and you might get charged via letter weeks after leaving. So be aware, download and activate the app before entering the parking or park in the street and pay via Easypark.

We chose this property for its location near the train station. Since it was raining when we arrived, we were grateful that we could check in early. The staff proved helpful with directions and suggestions as well. Our room was comfortable, The bathroom was modern and the shower was deliciously hot! After a satisfying meal in the restaurant downstairs, We were grateful for the large comfortable bed at the end of the day. But the stand out for us, in this hotel was the breakfast buffet. We have enjoyed a variety of breakfasts over the past three weeks, but this was definitely the best: the range of options, including for special diets, and quality of food was high.

We had no issues with the property.

specially appreciated the 24hr takeaway coffee. Hotel well located in the middle of Narvik. Most of the spots can be visited by walking. The walk to the cable car staion is a gentle 30 minute climb - for that suggest a bus with a short walk, or a taxi. The room which was on a higher floor had a stupendous view of the sea and the sunset.

Location and breakfast.

Rooms. The hotel is being renovated and the refurbished rooms look nice. I didn’t have one of those rooms, so mine looked dated and I didn’t think was worth the money. The shower was ridiculously small, it was so close to the toilet and sink you had to squeeze through a gap to get in it, and it flooded the whole bathroom.

location was brilliant, the staff were lovely. the view from the bedroom was spectacular! and the view from the 7th floor even better!

the bathroom flooded quickly, with a flat floor, no shower door, no bath mat and no central drain on the floor. there was waste space beside the vanity basin, where the toilet would have been better located. no huge deal overall.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and the location was excellent. We stayed in the older section of the hotel, and the rooms were clean and spacious. One of the best things was the convenience of parking our car in the adjacent shopping center's parking garage. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel room was very spacious and nice. The breakfast was excellent, very varied, top quality and very fresh. The staff was also very friendly. Paid parking is available in the parking garage of the shopping centre next door (daily maximum rate 150 NOK).

The hotel room is freshly renovated, but the bathroom is a bit cramped and (still) old-fashioned.

Very nice and helpful staff, providing infos about Cable car, buses, northern lights...etc! Double room totally ok, good bed, nice to have floor heating in the bathroom in winter (maybe just a little bit too warm) Great breakfast buffet! And perfect location, 5 minutes walking from the train station and the bus terminal.

A perfect location for catching the train early morning. The buffet breakfast was just superb, such an array of fresh food and drinks available. The staff were very helpful and the bar restaurant had lovely food.

Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant wasn’t open the day we w were staying there.

spacious room, comfortable beds, comfortable room and also with a view. Fantastic breakfast choice and a very good connection to the airport bus service (bus stop in front of the hotel. Could imagine to come back.
