Cambridge Coach House

The location was in a country setting although only a km or so from the heart of Cambridge. Great location. The Accacia room was very nicely appointed with a comfortable medium/firm bed (at least queen size, maybe king), air conditioning chairs, modern TV and two attractive but small tables. A small area provided a small bench, kettle, microwave cooker,crockery, underbench fridge and cutlery adequate for a couple.. There was no kitchen sink so the host undertook daily washing of any dishes used. She also kept milk and a small biscuit container refilled daily. The separate bathroom had a good sized shower, a handbasin, w.c and heated towel rail. All kept very clean. A hair dryer and ironing board were also in the bathroom. Outside was a nice sized table and chairs with an attractive rural outlook. Off street parking was provided close to the unit. Suiatable for average cars although potentially difficult for very large vehicles. The host lady was accomodating and helpful

The free wifi was sometimes inconsistent, with reception being best from the outside table.

Quiet, very clean, very comfortable, awesome having tea, coffee and bonus cookies, real milk in fridge, toaster if needed. lovely garden outlook, could also easy close curtains for privacy. Direction instructions were very useful,

Little patio area, needed a privacy screen from other rooms, similar to other rooms, didn't tick romantic getaway because I think you need a bath option and the above patio privacy. Bit tricky to find entrance from main road due to construction development next door.

I had an exception experience and loved the quiet and the beautiful view from my unit and the thoughtful table and chairs overlooking the garden and gully. I liked that the room had been serviced while I was out this was a very nice surprise when I got back. The two lounge chairs were very comfortable to sit and read in.

The only thing I found a bit hard was the height of the vanity I'm just 5 feet tall and was on tippy toes to reach lol. Not a criticism just an observation.

Generous sized space with kitchen and living area. Quick, friendly communication, self check-in. Lovely quiet rural setting.

Unfortunately the WiFi was weak and variable, which hampered the work I needed to do, but I understand it can be tricky with rural broadband. It was late ish when I arrived so did not want to bother the hosts. If signal is coming from the main property, adding a range extender would help. There was also quite a lot of light coming through the front door which is by the bed. A curtain or blind would help.

The room is so cute, and has a lovely outlook on nice peaceful garden. The bed was super comfy. It was lovely having real Shampoo and Condition and was super great to have real coffee and especially nice to have a jar of biscuits as a special treat.

The shower did not have much pressure. It would be great to have more pressure in the shower. But this was the only thing that I would like to improved.

Close to Cambridge but with a rural aspect. Spacious room with great views. Loved the cookies provided which were ideal with a hot drink. Even spotted a rabbit on the lawn! Would definitely stay again.

Would have preferred a choice of pillows - too high/firm for my liking and my armchair was a little on the hard side (although my daughter/husband's room had different armchairs and they were fine).

Self check-in good communication - our name was on the door and room very comfortable and very spacious.

needed a heads up regarding the obstacle course to get to the property - it was after dark and no lighting made the detour look as if we drove further - we got it wrong. Had we known of the development site at entry it would have saved a dark wet night search for where to get to the property.

Comfy beds. Very clean. Beautiful white linen. Quiet country location. Wine glasses and a little fridge. Yummy biscuits to have with a cuppa! Lovely to have side by side rooms for our party of 3.

As a Bed & Breakfast, and being out of town, perhaps breakfast provisions would be appropriate - otherwise its just bed isn't it?

The room had all that one needs and was clean and tastefully furnished. It's situated in a pretty and private setting not far from Cambridge. The manager/owner is very pleasant and attentive. Definitely worth a return visit.

The approach to the property is spoiled by a housing development.

Extremely comfortable and warm. Quality shampoo etc in the bathroom and a nice selection of tea and coffee available. Very clean and modern.

A little further out of town than I thought and at present the drive way is a bit of mess. But it is a work in progress and would highly recommend.
