Gr8 Hotel Sevenum

Nice stay here for 2 nights , chose this hotel due to location as it is close enough to be able to walk to Toverland Park about 30-35 mins walk. Comfortable modern room with good air con and large wall mounted TV, and hotel staff really friendly and helpful, a nice continental breakfast is available in adjoining restaurant La Place.

Everything was good really , the only thing that we would have liked would be to have a fridge provided in the room to keep drinks/snacks cold etc , staff are lovely though and can sometimes find room for things in a fridge just off the reception and there's even a microwave available to use there too if required.

Liked the boutique nature of the hotel

Room 12 had no working bedside lights or charging and the air conditioning was not working. When reported I was told the problem was still not resolved after being reported a week previously. Not a good situation and it took a little bit of the shine off our stay Breakfast in La Place was poor with the hot food being only tepid

Ok parking but can get filled up and there is a decent casual restaurant attached to hotel or KFCi if you want. Ok for 1 night stay hotel. Just 2 mins off motorway

Suites are bit of a waste of the extra cost, (overpriced IMO) they are no better then normal rooms Kids running round screaming inside corridors and outside on grass and right outside windows of rooms till 11pm, too much to expect parents to supervise! So hotel staff should put a stop to it, but they don’t!

Bed very comfortable and every little detail in the room made it pretty amazing. From the tea and coffee.. Tv with YouTube great sound.. Room temperature.. With amenities very thoughtful.. Quietness.. Kfc and La place right in the corner.. Other restaurants crossing the road.. Toverland ( Fun Park with attractions) 8 minutes by bicycle or 20 minutes walking.. Fun Center right on the side of the hotel. So much to do.. staff were great. Coming back !

We were never told that breakfast was included - it was only on the second day when a staff member in the motorway cafe told us. We paid for both breakfasts. We thought the hotel was in Severnum but it was 5km from the town and also a taxi would cost 70 to 80 euros to get there!! So not very good for us. We were one hour early for checking in and were asked for 30 euros to get the room early!!!! We were not impressed!!!

Location so handy for Toverland where I was visiting. I got a burst tire just as I got to the hotel and the staff were so very helpful. They called the Dutch AA for me and spoke on my behalf then a different staff member called a tire fitter on my behalf and arranged that. They were so helpful and attentive, I’d love to stay again!

Nothing not to like. 4 star luxury at 2-3 star price

The location was perfect and easy to find just off the motorway. Check-in was very easy even though we arrived very late and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was very modern and spotless as well with comfy beds a great shower and cool TV.

Restaurent area closes at 9 Breakfast is a bit expensive ..€11 for a brioche coffee and fruit juice

We were late arriving and were advised to go straight to the restaurant. The receptionist/waitress was really helpful and smiled a lot. The Chick pea veg stew was amazing. We left very early and the reception filled my insulated mugs free of charge.

The location was perfect for our needs as we were en route to the Eurotunnel from Warsaw - 3 minutes from the motorway. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, free WiFi

No hook for used towels. No other dislikes.
