Campanile Casablanca Centre Ville

Good, relatively new hotel (group of hotels: you have Kyriad in the same building and Premier classe on the other side). Location was good for me: 1 tramway stop from the train station Casa Voyageurs (from where you take the fast train to Rabat and the train to airport). The train station has a Starbucks, Costa and McDo. Hotel is in 15-20 mins walking or tramway to the other train station Casa Port. PizzaHut and KFC are very close. A supermarket is in the same block of buildings. Plenty of coffee shops nearby, but none really great. It is one of the few hotels of same rating to have a gym. You can comfortably use the stairs instead of the elevator (you can find often plates and glasses on these stairs from room service). Restaurant / bar downstairs is big. Prices for beverages are ok (these were the double in nearby Radisson). Breakfast was ok. On the first floor you have several meeting / conference rooms. These were generally occupied- a good sign. In the basic room you have a tea kettle, no fridge (i believe). Bathroom was good.

In the breakfast area there were 2 coffee machines. One with beans - ok. One with instant coffee- horrible (to cry). The good machine was missing some days. There were a beautiful espresso machine, but the coffee was paying. The gym was quite small 5m by 7m, but always empty (I liked that). Music was extremely loud in the gym (that explains why empty). I found nice personnel at the reception, but also not so nice (breakfast). Would definitely stay again for the same price.

Breakfast was amazing! I was impressed they even served beet juice although it was only for a day. Room was very clean and presentable. I felt comfortable and at peace. Staffs were kind and look out for you. Snatch theft for tourism is high in casablanca but the security guards did warned me and looked out for me. even when I went opposite the hotel for an errand, they came out to look out for me. very thoughtful

Not about the hotel but this is a reminder for tourist snatch theft for handphone is high in morocco esp in casa. they come from behind in bike and snatch your handphones away. please dont use it in public especially when you're alone. please be careful

Very good location, near tramway, close to the train station. Good size of the room and also comfortable bed. Good and modern equipment, but wi-fi shaky at times. Breakfast - could expect a better choice. Really good moroccan tea pot!

It was very hot in the room and the only way how to make it a bit cooler was to open the window, but then the sound-proofness was lost and sometimes noise from the street was not pleasant in that case. Smoking in the bar and lobby premises - it was not indicated that it is a smoking facility.

i feel secure and the lodge area is clean

our room is not that clean i can see in the door of our bathroom all the marks that they didn’t clean, the mirror and the windows and even the dust, we only had a small bottle for each of us, for the 3days stay, and when i use their instant coffee in the room they didn’t refill it. and when we went to eat in their restaurant they don’t have much to offer but when i ask for some of those it’s not available and also for the cocktails,

Nice, clean, standard hotel experience. We had a good room, with working AC. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport for our very early flight home, which was very useful and right on time. Breakfast buffet is a great option for those who want to have a big meal on property, a mix of mostly western and Moroccan. You are able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, and we were happy to have a convenience store right across the road.

The hotel was clean and comfy. The rooms were nice and showers working. Once we arrived it was lovely stay and would recommend.

We asked them to book us a shuttle from the airport which resulted in us being left at the airport at 10pm not knowing what was going on. we ended up having to get a bus from Marrakesh to Casablanca in the middle of the night. when we called the hotel the man on the desk was rather in helpful and hung up a few times. the next day however the manager did come and see us and apologised, giving us a free upgrade and complementary drinks. Which was very nice.

Nice breakfast and kind staff. I appreciated the assistance from the staff at the reception, who are very helpful and providing suggestions on nearby places (markets, restaurants; where banks, money changers, and supermarkets). Nice and consistent hot water for showers.

Given that the wing where my room is, and the updates made overall to the facility, the carpet either could be replaced or cleaned in the room. A little noisy being next to the tram line.

The rooms were clean with free water bottles provided. Staff helped us arrange several different airport pick-ups for our guests arriving at different times, and the breakfast was good. The shower was great.

The breakfast area seemed to be understaffed at the moment that I was eating--I had to look for a coffee mug, silverware, etc. Otherwise everything was great.

The price was so affordable, we actually thought we messed something up when we got into the hotel. The hotel has a nice spatious lobby, with music, cozy chairs and good ambient.The room was nice, clean, and we also appreciated the small bottles of water in the room. The bathroom was amazing, the only time in 11 days in Marocco when i got a chance to properly shower and bath. Breakfast was all you can eat, so we ate a lot. There were boiled eggs and a lot of pastry which was warm and fresh(croissants etc.) Overall very much worth the money Very nice hotel, keep up the good work and prices😍

Location is a bit away from the things we wanted to visit, but for the price it was not a problem since petit taxis are affordable as well.

The service was absolutely 💯 amazing 👏 😍 Specifically Mr. ZOUHAIR AND MR.WAHEED both went our that way to help anyway they could. We felt like family was watching 👀 over us.
