The guy took pictures of our passport he said for immigration. First time this has been done and we travel frequently abroad. Receptionist at night with very bad attitude which quickly changed when he realized I also had Mx nationally. Good hotel but you all need to get rid of that guy. Bad for buisness.

The staff was really nice
The hotel is ancient. The TV does not work properly, all switches were super dirty, there was a roach in the bathroom, the location is dodgy, the hotel is behind a "combi" parking lot so, very noisy early in the morning. I appreciate the effort the staff makes to keep the hotel clean but if you want to stay more than one night, find a different place, preferably not in city centre because it's not worth it.

We had reserved 2 rooms. Got only 1 we had to pay cash. 2 days later I checked that they charged my credit card additional with the full amount

I’ve changed the reservation before arrival in time with the policies and communicated with the hotel the new number of guests. At the arrival the staff tried to ask me for full price prior changes which was higher. After arguments we’ve dealed for a different price which was not the one on the reservation.
