The staff were all over the top- great!! Our room view was fantastic ( room 205) The beds were comfortable, ac worked well, hot showers but the room was very outdated. The hot breakfast buffet was superior and the a la carte dinners were great. the beach was very walkable for miles at low tide

The property would have been stunning when it was first opened. however, little to zero maintenance has been done on it since. No painting, no replacement of broken tables, dirty lounge pads and zero gardening maintenance. The prices at the bar were too high ( no happy hour) so there was no social gatherings at the bar

At the pool bar, they should ask you what brand of vodka you'd like And not just charge you the same price with a cheap vodka. They used "Oso negro" to make my daiquiri, but they had GREY GOOSE ans ABSOLUT, that bothered me. I wouldnt have minded to pay more if the vodka was actually of a good brand. The pool bar staff gor an absolute cero.

perfect location, amazing outdoor beachfront patio with comfy lounge chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas. super comfortable bed with blackout curtains to sleep at night. hot water showers. outdoor balcony to take in the ocean views. would recommend this place to anyone! the breakfast buffet was 10/10.

I love the location it’s very close to everything

I really believe that it needs to be renovated, the pool and the rooms need a little more help , other than that we like staying here it is our second time , I do recommend it.

It's OK for a 4 star hotel.

It has no parking lot, I booked room with two beds but I was assigned a room with only one queen size bed, it was uncomfortable. It bothers me that they did not respect the booking.

Cleanliness was important to staff. They were always attentive to anything we needed in our rooms.

The furniture was old, some of the drawers were unusable due to them falling off the rails when opened.

The location was great. Really close to Malecon and walking distance to many restaurants. My 5 year old daughter really enjoyed the kiddy pool with the pirate ship!!

We did have an issue with the lighting in the bathroom and couldn't use any outlets in there because the light would go off or dim.

It had a great location but a lot of noise in the street The staff was really nice and they upgraded my room.

They didn't answer my questions when I booked. It doesn't have sun beds in front of the beach. The Beach is rocky and hard to swim

Great pool 🏊, great room with a big balcony. The Staff superb from Ricardo and Luis at the Front Desk to Melanie and Adam at the Restaurant Condimento and of course Alberto and Alfonso at the pool. Meanwhile my favorite 😍 person in the whole complex was our maid, NEREIDA.

It’s an ocean front hotel, the food was good too. Just the juices did not have much flavor, seemed like they were watered down. The staff was really nice. The room that we got was the junior suite. Ocean front! It was amazing! Listening to the waves 🥰 you can hear the Banda all day. Stores and other restaurants and walking distance, the Mazatlan sign is like a block away!

The room had to be kept in freezing condition, and the air hits you straight on the bed 🥶🥶🥶🥶 and if you turn it off, the room starts to get humid and everything wet 😩. So at night I had to keep on turning on and off the AC. Outside on the balcony I think a pair of chaises would be good instead of just chairs.
