Fiesta Inn Chetumal

its a very convenient hotel chain in mexico, so you know room quality would be good

we stayed at room 108, and the toilet seat was damaged and scratch (not what you expect from this type of hotels tbh)… also we booked a kind size bed room but there was a problem with some pipes so we had to sleep in separate beds. I ask if we could get complimentary breakfast considering that we good a different room than what our original reservation was for but they did not allow this… which was fine but its more of an advice to the management: if you change the conditions of someones reservation, its always a big customer service bonus when there is some courtesies in return (like complementary breakfast)

This was a comfortable stay on Chetumal. The staff was great and the service was excellent at this property. The breakfast was done well with good variety.

the property can use some minor updating for the price point. overall The public spaces in the lobby were well kept, However the rooms and pool areas can use slight updating and repair’s especially for guest who pay extra for the fiesta rewards program and floor.

The hotel is really comfortable, everything you need is there. Staff people are all nice and here to help if you need anything. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast amazing, all kind of food and room service anytime you want. They even have a transportation directly to the airport for free. The location is perfect, I guess this is what we could call the city centre with bank and restaurants around and the beach (can't swim) at walking distance. The rooftop pool is really cool too. The key/card system is very good and work really well.

Just my preference but I would have like an electric kettle in the room. The dogs barking in the evening sometimes, I know can't really do anything but maybe to talk with the neighbours. The sheets maybe need to be new as well, there were some holes in there (but no big deal).

Fiesta Inn is a great location because its centric. Restaurants and small boutiques, grocery stores, pharmacies, even the exchange house - they are all at walking distance. It's a busy block but not congested. Front desk was great and the servers during buffet and at the rooftop were very nice.

Location and proximity to stores and restaurants was excellent. Parking was safe. Buffet breakfast was very good. A little expensive. Room was clean.

A tad bit noisy. You can hear chairs or something being moved around in the other room. Also we asked for a clean towel or a replacement towel and was told we had to go down to the front desk to sign for a clean towel and we had yo pay for it. That was slightly inconvenient.

this was the best hotel room I had during my trip on Yucatan Peninsula! - spacious, clean room with a very comfortable bed - I liked the terrace with the pool on the rooftop - check-out was at 1pm only - they had a hotel parking lot, very convenient - it is centrally located right in town

Amazing sky bar with pool. Large, clean, and comfortable room. Great shower. Really helpful and friendly staff.

The view from the room was just of the street and part of a access roof. The sky terrace didn't have any seating. Only one bottle of water and one coffee in a room for two people.

There was just nothing that was not perfect: the Rooftop pool was amazing, the room was awesome, Also the shower which had great water pressure, the breakfast was also nice- Best of all was the service, the staff was very helpful, it allowed us to use the pool even after we checked out, we were able to store our luggage in luggage room, and we were also allowed to use the restrooms to get changed.

The breakfast was wonderful. There are plenty of choices of them and, most of all, the coffee was exceptional. It also very close to shopping malls or Walmart. As non-Spanish speaker, I am still comfortable to find whatever I need.

Only minor things I would point out, there were no teeth brushes provided, and the drain of shower in the bathroom clogged a bit, so it felt like we had to stand in a shallow pool to take a shower.

everything was what I expected. I could say that I don't regret coming to this wonderful hotel. From the staff, location, service was perfect. I would really recommend couples to come here. The pool was wonderful. They do room service everyday. The owners and staff are really doing an excellent work
