Hotel Real Alameda de Queretaro

Very clean, the beds and the toilet were shiny. Excellent location of hotel, front a big park and center across the street. The staff was very friendly and did a great job for all our stay time. The breakfast was excellent and enough to start a day, the coffee is Wonderful we enjoyed it alot. Also we ordered food to room it was good. The hotel have a parking, and it was very comfortable to use it. We was with a child of 2 years old and you have a free access with a stroller to every room from the parking.

The pool is seems to be not clean enough, on the sides there is a lot of dust and should be cleaned better. We was at pool twice and all fine they use chemical on it, we asked the stuff, but its look bad and should be cleaned well.

The room was spacious and it was so nice to have 2 king size beds! There was plenty of room for our family of five. I like that the toilet is separate from the shower. The rooftop pool was fun for the kids. The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful. Our air conditioner quit working on the 2nd and they offered to change our room or give us a portable air unit. We chose the portable unit which cooled the room well. The hotel is very close to the historic downtown and also close to a big shopping mall.

Not a big deal but the pool was kind of dirty (the water seemed cloudy, not clear).

Excellent location, walking distance to everything you would need during your stay. Staff super helpful and friendly, facilities from the room to the lobby were all very clean.

The beds were really hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The AC temperature would not function properly and got very cold in the night. The toilet was an industrial airport bathroom style toilet (no lid) that was extremely loud when flushed, I've never had that in a hotel room before!

Location. Very close to the old town, with a beautiful park in front of it and free parking

It's smells like an old hotel, old 2 stars hotel. Floors and carpets looks dirty. The pillows was veryyy bad, bad quality, zero comfortable, sooo high, imposible to sleep with that kind of pillow. And the matress, also cheep and bad quality. When we arrived they show us a room and the staff who accompanied me, show me the bathroom and when he opened the shower faucet it fell down, it was broke, so they change the room. The breakfast have few options of mexican food, but not many options for a foreigner. 3 tipes of fruits, 2 types of yogurts, veryyy bad quality of coffee, 3 types of sweet breads, orange juice (not natural), no ham and eggs... poor breakfast. The bathroom (WC room is separate from the shower cabin) veryyy small and the fan soooo noisy.

The breakfast was delicious from the fresh pressed orange juice, the chilaquiles to the freshly baked sweet bread! Yum! Also, loved the on site parking! And the modern design in the room.

I didn’t like that the toilet fan and light automatically turn on. With a baby he was easily woken. This is my concern with no wall dividing the bathroom from the room. The shower had a glass door, but all the light would shine into the room

Hotel Real Alameda de Queretaro is a new modern hotel across the street from the city's largest park and a short walk from the historic center. Rooms overlooking the park have terraces which have windows and doors so soundproof we wish we could take them home with us. A generous buffet breakfast is included. We'd be happy to stay here again.

The separate toilet room has a motion-sensitive light only. This is fine for the room's approach but a bad idea for its purpose.

The location, beds and pillows are super comfy

There were too many people waiting on line for breakfast and because we were a big family other people entered before us, nobody tried to join two tables and instead people kept entering before us, we waited around an hour until we decided to split so we could have breakfast

we stayed 5 nights and room was pretty comfortable and cleaned every day. during weekend the breakfast was buffet but during week you order to table. during weekend options were better. otherwise healthy options were not as many. overall a good hotel.

sound proofing is not very good. luckily during week hotel was peaceful. during weekend there was bit more noise.

We are runners so being right opposite the Parque Alameda was perfect. The park is beautiful and well secured and maintained. The immediate area around the hotel does not have much to offer, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the Centro Historico.

Close to historical center and great Park across the street request rooms facing the park. Included breakfast was good and weekends has buffet breakfast. Room service meals good and not up charged like most hotels. Uber excellent here.

Very small separate toilet room the light and exhaust fan is on a motion timer that turned off about every minute had to wave hands to turn light back on.. shower floor is slippery they did provide a rubber mat.
