The staff were super friendly and helpful.In this regard I want to thank Alberto for arranging a taxi for me to get to the bus terminal on the morning that I was leaving-a very kind and helpful staff member.The room was large and very clean.The location was excellent-2 minutes from the Zócalo...Will definitely return...I can recommend Casa Frida very highly

We enjoyed the location so much, being close to the central plaza and all of the transportation we needed. The restaurants were wonderful and the museums we visited and parks were just wonderful.

The TV wasn't something that we needed that much, but there was only one station we could get on our remote and of course, what we could watch had no possibility of english subtitles. No selection at all.

They were very helpful, we arrived in the early hours of the morning after a wedding, check-in was simple and parking was just a few houses down. The bathroom was neat and new and the toiletries were nice.

Some guests checked out before us and we could hear them from our room, it wasn't too bad though.

It is not for everyone. I have stayed here numerous times and love it more with every visit. You are literally in the heart of downtown ,and the front room suite, though it can be a bit noisy (That is why earplugs were invented) is roomy and half the price of other options in the area. Very clean and just the nicest people running it.

The only thing I miss is the coffee at the front desk in the morning and no coffee maker in the room. I am an early riser coming from a later time zone and the only options are a couple of Oxxo stores several blocks away, before the small cafes and restaurants open. Even Starbucks, which is just up the block says it opens at 9 AM but wasn't until 10 the few days I stayed in Cuernavaca.

The hotel had a good location, close to many bars, restaurants, and sights in Cuernavaca. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our room was on the top floor with access to the rooftop terrace, which was nice.

The placement of the air conditioning unit was not ideal, as it did not go directly over the bed, but there was also a ceiling fan to keep the room cool.

‘City view’ was actually a tiny balcony over a very busy, noisy street with exhaust from cars coming right into the room. The third floor rooms where we moved were much better with large terrace area buffering the street below and also a nice lace to sit

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was located close to the historic center. The bathroom was clean. The fan helped a lot and we have a comfortable enough stay.

We had to go down a very steep road to reach the hotel. Netflix stopped working multiple times, so we had to use out phones. The bedsheets were a little dirty. Light from the main window was coming inside the room even though the curtains were closed.
