Good size room. Very friendly staff. Clean. Huge choice for breakfast. Value for money. . Easy walk to ferry get to Valetta. Directly by the sea. Pleasant restaurant nearby.

A little stressful to get away by car, as the area is very built up. Maybe breakfast a little overambitious - some of the cooked food was a little dry or cold, even early on, but given the huge choice this is only a very minor niggle.

I had not the room with sea view so I can speak about only the view from roof terrace which was absolutely gorgeous, the room and facility was satisfactory, breakfast was nice and delicious, in the early morning fresh. In general everything was okay.

It is a little overpriced, facilities are a little old but clean, btw if someone go there keep in mind that they have British style electric sockets so bring adapter if your charger needs different one

The Check-in was perfect. Thanks to the french receptionist one (Jack?) and the welcome drinks. Also, we were very well served during Breakfast by the adorable colombian one (Angelica?)

I payed an upgrade in order to have a room with the view. The room was great but the view was a bit weird. Unfourtunetly, I payed a aeroport-hotel cab ride in advance trough booking.com, this is the first time I set this kind of service. The experience was terrible. I didn't take the ride and I was charged. I tried to connect to booking.com's cab partner but I do not received an satisfactory client phone service. I didn't expect to start holidays like that. Avoid to pay for this, the bus service works very well in the whole island.

Disappointed after paying extra for a "Seaview with a balcony" to find the balcony was a hinged patio door opening onto a 300mm deep ledge and a juliet style balcony rail. To be fair, the hotel website calls it a French balcony but booking.com's description of a balcony and deceptive picture is pushing it a bit. Enjoyed our stay despite this though

really good location. lovely staff. brilliant sea view on some rooms, really nice rooftop pool and terrace. it’s not 5star super luxe, but it’s excellent value for money and we’d definitely come back. thanks for a great stay.

little bits of decor could be refreshed and some of the decoration finish is a bit patchy but it’s really not an issue, the important stuff is spot on: comfy beds, good tv, hot shower, good water pressure, breakfast is good enough and plentiful, lovely staff, EXCELLENT location, not too noisy, and all in all really great value.

The staff is excellent, they made our stay great, were very helpfull and answear all our questions.

Breakfast is not on the level for 4 stars, it needs improvement in quality of products and also variety. Nevertheless, staff on breakfast is constantly cleaning and maintaining everything so everything in the end looks much better :)

I hardly make reviews but this hotel exceeded my expectations so I'm trying to help fellow travellers and thank the hotel staff. First, the view is excellent, the fact that you can see and hear the sea while standing in the bed is priceless. Actually costs a lot on other places :) The bed is super comfortable. The personnel was very helpful, eager to help and welcoming us with two glasses of champagne was a really nice touch. The view from the hotel top where the pool is located is breathtaking. Unfortunately we were not able to use it as the weather was not so nice, but we really want to get there again and explore the islands even more. This hotel is the first choice and I would not look at others places unless the waterfront rooms are booked when we'll be there. The room was clean, towels changed every day, water was hot. The breakfast had enough variation to choose something different every morning. We had a kettle to make some tea. Some people complained about the noise from the street. We loved the gentle sound of waves crushing on shore and found it very romantic and relaxing, not loud at all. If you are the type of person that is always looking for imperfections you'll probably find some. If you are the type of person that values people and is looking for a great place to stay while building up memories then definitely this is a great place. Enjoy!

I could not find anything we didn't like, but there are a few things on the more 'neutral' side: - There is no actual balcony, but being able to open the large door and have a nice glass of wine in front of the opened door compensated. And you always have the top terrace, for an even better view. - I hoped there was a small window that could be opened vertically, but we also solved this by leaving the door just a little bit opened, putting a chair in front of it so it won't largely open, and we could hear the waves. Music to our ears. - Wall sound insulating? It might have been better, but let them hear! :) Also the beds didn't make any sounds ... you know.

Doors/walls could be better isolated. easy to hear what’s going on in the corridor, heard the elevator sound every time it arrived on my floor

The buffet breakfast it was very varios and tasty . The staff it was very welcoming and frendly. The pool area was very nice, with loads of sunbeds, hairs and tables. you can enjoy the sunset with a drink as it is on the roof. The rooms are quite old but very very clean. Every day you get a housekeeper doing your bed and topping up toilet paper and taking out the rubbish.

The hotel it is quite old, so if you go for something modern I woud not recommend, the photos are a bit misleading on the internet, however that does not mean you gingto have a bad experince as we enjoyed it a lot. The double bed, however was just two single beds put in together and there was a gap in the middle, which was not very comfy.

The hotel is great. The staff were really nice and helpful. The location is amazing, and the open roof terrace is just splendid. You can sit there and watch the sea and the sunset. The breakfast was really nice, with everything you need - hot dishes, a lot of vegetables and fruit, pastry, etc. On the last day of our stay the hotel organized a complimentary supper for all the guests, with complimentary wine and nibbles. It was really nice of them and incredibly delicious. Overall I'm extremely happy with this hotel :)
