Greencity Hotel

The receptionists were good. The Chinese lady was excellent. the night shift receptionist were very kind and helpful. i asked for 2 extra pillows and they managed to get it for me. i love how they provided a water dispenser so easy to refill our drinking bottle. in the room also provided 2 mineral water. the elevators were fast and clean. the rooms were VERY clean and comfortable. however the space in the room is quite limited but worth the price. it is not for luxury-vacation-stay obviously. haha the bed was AMAZING. air conditioner worked well. the shower is good. there is a kiblat sign. they use the stand iron steamer located at the hallway and there are a few units on each floor. there is a window but no view haha no worries, we are not there to enjoy the room. we spent less time in the room haha they provided toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry bag, sanitary bag. located in the middle of sungai petani (maybe) cs every places we went to is just like 100m 200m away lol got bank downstairs, mart and baby shop.

their reserved parking is so limited. we have to park somewhere around the hotel. we were actually quite worry to park our car quite distance from the hotel but there was a security guard who look after all the guests' car. hehe

Location strategic. Walk away from convenience store, restaurant, watson, guardion, pharmacy, 7-eleven, kfc. Other place of interest also nearby, just grab there.

Could use some soundproofing for the room. I could hear next door room during midnight sleep, I have trouble sleeping when is too loud in the other room.

Superb cleanliness, well maintain room, air conditioner works as expected, shower has good temperature and pressure, room lighting is sufficient

They could install a shower curtain so that water will not splash to the toilet seat, should have mentioned that the deluxe room is without a window, the ventilation of the toilet should be improve, night lighting should be install to room that has no windows.

Good Location serounding with restaurants,laundry & Parkson mall. Easy excess to North South Highways from exit Tol Sungai Petani (S).Looks new hotel but may be about 2-3 years & well maintained. Breakfast not included in my package but it was good enough for rate the around 18-20 USD per night. Just basic room but comfy & clean. Parking from hotel slot very limited..just 5 space but a lot of free parking next to it.

My 1st day cleaner did not do his jobs properly. Did not clean my room, just changed the linen & towels. After complaints everything was fine for the rest of the day.

The family room is very big with 2 large king beds. The room's cleanliness satisfied my expectations. The hotel has 2 lifts. The location is near to laundry self service, pharmacy, bank, eateries shops and many more .

Parking is a problem because the hotel is located in the shops lot area.

I love the room, so big and comfy. Aircond was really cold and really suitable for family vacay. I will repeat again if I go to Kedah for vacay.

I expect to have complimentary breakfast because previously my family told me there will be breakfast. Because of covid they cannot provide it, a bit sad but thats all I think overall loving it.

The location is easy to park in. Able to park in front of the hotel. Easy to get food, just walking distance. Room space quite good for the price paid

The room cleanliness. Could be better. The toilet still can see not be clean enough. Look like not properly clean on the toilet side. The bed looks okay

The room was so clean and comfortable. I love the shower gel because smell so good. The most thing I overwhelmed with is the hotel provide me the parking coupons. Thats so nice of you. Thankyou!!

No tissue paper to use at the coffee table and no spoon provided to stir my hot tea. Lucky i got chopsticks with me. The hotel should provide a plastic tea spoon since you give guests the tea,creamer and sugar.

Staff is friendly. Clean and comfortable bed.

The iron and the iron section. No mirrors in the room except in the toilet

It's easy to get food... Stay during Ramadan, Bazar walking distance only.

No fridge bar.. No rubbish bin.bin just in the toilet - only plastic bag provided The window is too high for the view
