Old building structure i supposed. Maybe can upgrade from time to time. Im guessing that building was not originally built for a Hilton Degree of Qualities. Your signage from the parking lot, is not effective enough.

Booked two rooms. 2319 & 2314. The latter had Aircond issues. Aircond was not cold at all. Technicians came and checked yet no improvement. We paid 600++ for each room so it’s really not cool to be drenched in our own sweat all night long. please improve and repair before letting people stay.

- Easy parking, abundant since the mall below it is kinda dead. - great breakfast buffet - nice shower, can shower ramai2 - hugeeee room. - comfy beds for sure

- the parking is a double edge sword, abundant, but also scary because of the dead mall, so its a bit creepy to walkthrough. - one of the staff at Makan Kitchen front service(the one checking reservation) make faces and shook his head when we told him we need larger table because there are other people joining us for breakfast..helloo, they didnt come for free ok..

The mall is not open yet. Hopefully it will soon, I was informed likely in 2023.

I love the spacious room and the toilet. The customer service was tiptop. The facilities provided was in superb condition. The parking lot was safeguarded by professional security guards which give us guest a sense of safety for our car especially for foreigners.

I believe the housekeeping could clean up the room more efficiently and punctually. And as for the breakfast, it will be nice to have a much more variety options included. Please update the breakfast list so as to not delay the guest for breakfast. It will be good if the shopping mall were to be operational.

Check-in: Fast and east, the staff very welcoming and helpful. They gave us 2 cookies as complimentary upon checkin,the cookies is so good ya and better than S***** i swear! Room: Spacious room, smell so good when we first enter the room. The TV also big enough for both of us. The room also have Nespresso coffee machine (the best!) Bathroom comes with bathtub and all the toiletries. In case you missed your toiletries, you can always call them for a help. Breakfast: The best thing about this hotel is their breakfast! They served 3 main cuisine (Malay, Chinese and Indian). The food is tasty and the taste was good for both of us! You should give a try!! The food have so many choices!! Check-out: Smooth and okay! You can ask them for a free cookies! :p We came here to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, and they also have deco our room with the swan towel, wishes card and cakes! Thank you!

only one thing that make me a bit off about this hotel, there is a stain (the size is about 6cm) on their sofa bed. I think the management should check, if the stain unremovable, maybe can change the sofa bed or take an action. It is not comfortable for me to seat.

Very warm service staff. Anna made us feel at home and recommended us to great local food. There’s also a WhatsApp message every morning to check in on us, asking for feedback. The king size bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a great spread, value for money. They also served us hot delicious cookies upon arrival, a nice surprise!

The location is a little distance from the city centre. Also, it is located within a half functional building, even though the facilities inside the hotel are great. However, this is more of a problem that’s endemic of Melaka in general, since COVID-19 shut down lots of development and retail businesses.

The bed was amazing. I will come back just for the bed! Looked forward to breakfast on both days, it was quite wholesome with a few surprises each day. The room was very spacious and elegant. In-house dining was excellent, though I had to wait a little longer than the promised 20 minutes, it was worth it.

The building was really in a bad shape. I tried as much as I could to not look out of the window because I could see the old building with peeling paint plus the bad outdoor scenery overlooking the ocean. The outdoor did not match the perfection I found indoor.

Room wasn't ready yet when we arrived at 12pm, but it's alright. Staff kind enough to safekeep our luggages and send to our room when the room is ready. We were allocated level 16. Once the lift opened, the whole stretch smelt of lemongrass fragrance (I think). I like! Room was clean and spacious. The blind in toilet was faulty but it didn't bother me. However, moments later, husband received SMS notification from the hotel asking how is everything, so husband reported faulty blind. Few minutes later, the maintenance guy appeared infront of our door and rectified the problem. Great job!!

The location was a bit far from places of interest like Jonker street. Taxi ride took about 10 minutes.

Spacious room, good breakfast , stunning sunset view n city view from room, welcoming cookies taste great.Have sauna and gym room but no time to try because of packed schedule visiting city.

A walking distance from the parking lot at the 5-6th to the lift area to get to the lobby at 12th floor, have to change the lift to get to the guest room at the floor 14-21. A bit of a tiresome journey with kids n bagage . Small swimming area for children. The small kids playroom was crowded at times. No security guard at the pool. The pool area has no security fence near the end of the pool which is situated at the 13th floor. Family with kids must always be alert when swimming here. Room n washroom was clean but sometimes have weird smell from washroom.
