- Great Location - Very Clean Hotel - Ample Paid Parking (need to use coupon) - Great Service - Room complete with basic necessities like toiletries, coffee/tea
-The wifi is slow. I was unable to do my work efficiently during my stay. It gonna take a few minutes to load an email. In the end, I have to rely on my mobile hotspot. - During my stay, the fire alarm was triggered in the very early morning (6 am-ish). I was having a very long day the day before. Obviously, it disturbed my sleeping progress. It took a while for the staff to figure out what happened and to shut it down. Then they managed to shut it, I went back to bed. Soon after I received a call from the receptionist asking whether there is burned plug in my room or if I was smoking. I understand they are just doing their job and maybe it's part of the hotel protocols.

Stay room for 3 person (family deluxe). But they only provide 2 set of cup and they only provide coffee / tea for 1 pax.

The car parking !!! When got bazar/night market/carboot sale near hotels, all the parking car full, i had to go around somewhere else and park far from hotel

The windows, good lighting. The water dispenser outside the room is also convenient.
The television did not function very well (Astro). Maybe should just change to a smart TV connected to WIFI so can watch YouTube or Netflix. Many AirBnB's did that nowadays.
