very large and comfortable rooms they were clean and bug free. it’s also close to the subway so getting to the city center is a breeze

there wasn’t a drain in the shower itself the shower had two drains on the floor of the bathroom outside the shower and after while one of the drains became clogged so every time I took a shower it would flood half the bathroom

I'd really enjoyed the stay with Silka Cheras. The best service from the entire team from check in until check out. Everything is just perfect but a smile in front office face will be added a great welcoming to guest. It's worth for the price as well. Great Job Maintain it. The menu order please consider to change the timing from ordering at 11:30am onwards to at least 9:00am so that the guest can enjoy some food there. Just an opinion of the Silka team can improved.

The room was spacious and worth the price. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Room 715 and 720, both had tap issue. 715- Water clogged and checked, but again same issue once they left. Had to complain again. 720- AC wasn't that cold, maintenance told it's like that. Fixed. Broken tap, leakage from bath tub made whole bath wet and dirty. And road side rooms both roadside too noisy at night. Couldn't sleep especially elderly and toddler. Pls look into it.

we got a free room upgrade since the room we booked was fully booked when we arrived. the location is okay but the road is a bit confusing. the room is okay quite comfortable—big space for my kid to play in.

not soundproof, loud since it is near to main road. u can hear people talking outside the room, the room has a moldy smell maybe it is fully carpeted so maybe the moisture. still acceptable.

We loved almost everything about this hotel. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Toilet and shower room was separated; like totally convenient. Check in & out process was really smooth. The staffs were super professional. Free parking spots are available too. Just have to do a bit of simple procedure to access that. Overall great !

The bathroom was located right next to the hallway. And room was not that soundproof. I could hear people from the inside. And alse heard people talking from the outside too. Clearly.

Check in is smooth. Room is clean and your bed sheets is changed. I am single traveller. I used to stay here during the MCO. I prefer room with no interconnecting room. Room is clean & spacious. I enjoy the stay with my partner. We had a good time and the staff are friendly as well. Although the shopping mall is a little rundown but the hotel is still in good shape. To be honest I thought the hotel is already close down because it looks so worn out from outside but to my surprise everything still looks majestic inside.

Nothing in particular, I enjoy the stay.

Food - I'm staying (4) days there.. 2nd day I'm order :- 1. Singapore Mee Hoon but the Mee Hoon like roadside food( no taste )(if u got please taste it without mention that for u because if for u they will make delicious ) 2.Fruit Platter ( juz pineapple & tembikai only) But price so expensive... Hope u all take note about thiz... Tqvm

Room is spacious, but the carpet needs a serious deep cleaning. The hotel is located beside the streets so do expect a noisy road especially annoying loud bikes. Everything else is good. The receptionists are kind and helpful.

I hope there is a good communication between the housekeeping and the desk. And the pillows are thin. Might want to give 4 pillows for a double bed instead of 2 thin pillows.

bout the housekeeping staff , they wont take out their shoes on carpet.. since they using the same shoes in the toilet , then they step on the carpet. we perfom our prayer on that carpet. when we told them not to, they asking me back, shoes problem???
