The room that we stayed was clean and very spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. All of us had to submit our assignment that night and we notice that the internet speed in that hotel was very fast, not only with the hotel's wifi but from our own network as well. The budget is very suitable for students <3
The only problem is, non of us can sleep peacefully that night. IDK but I think the wall is pretty thin, that not only people's voices but we can hear foot steps outside our room, and opening doors across the hall. Our room is in the middle of the hallway and since some of us has paranoia, it's pretty annoying.

Delicious breakfast from the halal cafe.. the staffs are professional and very good.. for Muslim who want to go mosque, there is Indian Mosque nearby.. the Jumaat mosque. Shoplots are many, emergency can go KK or 7e. Very near to monorail and kl Sentral.. if need help for printing like boarding pass, they can help. Overall, all good..

location is really near the sentral station and cery convenient in terms of travel and cheap as well. if you are just gonna sleep, then it is a good place to be still :)
only one elevator and it takes so much time also, I got stuck one time that even pressing the buttons won’t open the door. Also, requested them to clean the room but I still arrived untidy. Reception people ate not approachable but they are nice enough to print my papers.

Please upgrade you Covid 19 SOP, majority the guest doesnt follow the Sop especially in the lift and entering the hotel. Your front staff not friendly and not considerate the request from me. Do upgrade because your facility is good but the Staff doesnt meet my expectation

I’m not sure but I think all Metro Hotel got hidden charges. I have to pay more. This is my second time staying at Metro Hotel. The first one was at Bukit Bintang. Also, I have to pay more.
