Hotel Parc Plaza

The staff were very helpful. We arrived around 3 in the morning and were planning to wait in the lobby area until sunrise/check in time. The night auditor that day, Tobias, went out of his way to make us comfortable and even double checked the policy for checking in early for us! Our trip wouldnt be as pleasant without his help. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, there is a big sofa in the room and a working desk. It was warm and although my room window overlooks the street, I didnt hear any noise from the street. The location of the hotel is central. There is a bus stop just outside the premise and Hamilius is just 7 mins away on foot.

It was quite tricky to find the hotel initially. Google map directed us to different paths. The hotel is actually located inside a complex of buildings. There are two ways to get to the hotel, and one of it has a big name of the hotel at the front. Once you find the entrance, the signage would be easy to follow. Beware that the bathroom does not have a door. They provide only one bottle of water, but there is a water dispenser in the lobby where you can also grab more coffee/tea too.

You have a kettle and in the entry room you can take how many tea bags/sugar bags you need (you need to pay for coffee or other beverages/food though).

There is a toilet room which is divided from the shower room, which in reality is not really a "room" since it doesn't have any door nor curtains. I went there with a friend of mine, but I met her quite recently and we weren't that close, so we had to ask each other not to go to the toilet when the other one was having a shower, lol. Cherry on top: on the wall in front of the shower there's a mirror (guys, seriously?) that we covered with a coat, otherwise, even if you don't want to, it makes easy to look. But with this ingenious trick of ours we survived, lol, not a big deal after all :)

All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and functional, with a nice view from the balcony. Despite the hot weather at the time of our stay we are able to open up the large window to get a cool breeze. The location is perfect ... a short walk from the (free) tram, equally short walk into the town centre and shops. We found a supermarket near the tram stop which was handy for lunches and snacks. There's a great little park across the street and nice views from the hotel along the river. There are some good local restaurants serving good foods at reasonable prices. On our second night we ate a good meal at the hotel restaurant - the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was very busy with a large tour group at the time. Overall, the hotel represented good value for the price, which appeared to be modest by Luxembourg standards, and we were very happy with our stay.

The pillows were a bit too squishy for us - but it's a personal thing.

The hotel is located 10 min walking time from the city Centre. The view form the restaurant is beautiful, from the terrace you can see the valley. It is a very peaceful location, surrounded by nature. You can have a walk in the parc just opposite side or on the valley. Breakfast - the buffet is covering everyone's taste. However, if you're into cooked breakfast, you may find the selection a bit limited. But, if you are into continental breakfast, the pastries & the bread are amazing.. I loved it. Also - the coffee during the breakfast it's very good.

Clean and comfortable with hugely welcoming staff.

There is a budget hotel feel about the hotel. It is certainly not bad but it is certainly not luxury.

The bed was super comfortable. Place was very clean and the hotel staff arranged a proper room for my pregnant wife to stay comfortable. The location was also good, easy access to the city center.

The shower did not have a door and completely open and right near the room's door. The window screen when opened was looking directly to the entrance of the hotel without privacy. We kept the screen always closed. We paid 278 for 2 nights for which I expect complimentary beverages/breakfast to match the value for money. But neither was there. Parking was super costly so we went with street parking. Overall the value which we get for the money we paid is less.

It was my 5th or 6th time in this hotel. I choose it as it’s near the institutions I attend ( theater ) and even when I come late at night, it’s safe. It’s clean, practical. I know the place and one gets that feeling of familiarity that feels good when one is away from home !

I would like a free coffee machine in the lobby! I mean free to use with one’s own capsule ! There is a coffee machine in the lobby but one cas to have coins. I didn’t have cash at all !

The hotel was very comfortable. My room was lovely. It was spacious and comfy. I had a street view with a little park from my window, which was pretty cute. I had a kettle, some tea and coffee, and pretty much everything I needed in my room. The location was not super central but pretty close to the central areas.

The room was super big for one person. But I did not have the choice to go for another room since there were no rooms for solo travellers. I think it would have been really nice to have single rooms for solo travellers so that they won't have to pay double the price. But this is a general problem anyway.

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Everyone was really professional and helpful. I checked in on my birthday and they gifted me with a complimentary drink at the hotel bar. The room was spacious, warm and very quiet. The terrace was a great bonus. The position is perfect, in a few minutes walk you can reach the city center. I would definitely book this hotel again

The pillows were too soft, but that's really nitpicking 😅 there was an issue with the shower but the front desk sent out maintenance very quickly and they were able to fix it temporarily

A really great city and a tremendous hotel to spend many days visiting . Biggest regret is that we only stayed for two (2) days . Reception staff was exceptional. Friendly , courteous and kind as well as multilingual . Our room , 371 was accessible from the underground garage with secure bike parking by elevator. Immediately along the bike trail through Luxembourg. The room was very clean and bright . Size of room was good . Very clean bathroom . Truly close to all venues and activities in this amazingly clean city . On site restaurant was very good with reasonable price point for dinner . Breakfast was very good with multiple hot and cold food choices . Restaurant staff was also very friendly and helpful . All in all the city of Luxembourg and this hotel is a great experience !

Only wish that we could have stayed longer . We hope to return on another bike adventure soon .
