i stayed almost for 2 months there. I miss the hotel and stuff very very much! Stuff is 10000000% nice, caring and nice at the end they felt like my family because I had everyday communication with them. if you do not like something they come and talk to solve the problem and they take your wishes and desires into consideration! for them guests are their satisfaction are really important!❤️ when I left i almost start crying i will never forget the lady that hugged me❤️❤️❤️I can’t wait to go there in summer! i miss you guys so much and thank you every one of you! best wishes❤️

Perfect location, great food, friendly staff, fully renovated SPA zone. Really great place to relax.

SPA is very tiny, but renovated and well maintained. Open hours are between 0800-1200 AM only. Additional hours are for charge. Since the area is tiny major part of opening hours it is overcrowded. I would recommend team to start booking SPA slots or at least allocate dedicated time for families with kids. When there is no crowd - SPA area is a gem.

Good staff and service, hotel nicely newly renewed. Liked the location, calm place close to the park, to the sea, and to the center.

Sauna was cold, water in swimming pool and jakuzzi as well cooler than supposed to be. Guests are allowed to stay in sauna only in the morning time, where it was written in booking information that it will be available in the evening. We were very dissapointed that after paying considerable price for evening sauna visit, we got cold sauna and pools. We knew sauna is going into renovation in days, but if it is not working, service should not be at all suggested to guests!

1. Location is strategic and close to main sightseeing attractions of Palanga. 2. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. 3. Breakfast was rich with varied dishes and 4. spa facilities are top- notch.

1. Our balcony was not clean. 2. Parking should be free for hotel guests. 3. For family apartment room, it'd have been better to have bath and toielt separate.

We stayed in a renovated room with balcony. The room was spacious and in very good shape, the bathroom was excellent and very modern. The location of the hotel is very nice, next to the Botanical Garden. Not very close to the center of Palanga, but it depends at what locations one wants to spend time. We came with our dog, and food- and water-bowls, and a sleeping mat were waiting for us in the room - a very nice touch.

The breakfast was pretty average, especially considering the rather high room-rate during the main season in August, and considering the fact that the hotel has a full-time restaurant. There is some room for improvement.

Perfect location, quiet and close to the beach. Friendly, helpful and serviceminded petsonals. Good, delicious and variable morning breakfast. I have been there before. I feel always Im home. It's my favorite hotel. I will come back again. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I would love to enjoy the pool, jacouzy, steam bath and sauna, but unfortunately, cause of renovating's work. Looking forward to next time after renovating's work is over! 😁

Rooms were nice and beds were comfy. We had a suite with balcony, so our room was big. Interior was nice. We had a feeling that bathroom was newly renovated and so it looked quite luxorious.

Spa facility condition was really negative surprise. In finnish sauna there was no water to throw on the rocks (It was not allowed also-but why?!). So just hot room with 70 degrees were you can sit. Jacuzzi worked with a separate unmarked switch on the wall. In steam sauna there werent any shower to clean the seating. Looked better on the pictures.

Clean, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, spacious car parking, great location, very polite receptionist.

I love when there is a espresso machine in the hotel room - there were none of these, the rooms (except the bathroom) has this 90’s feeling - the furniture and the room decoration feels a bit outdated, although in good condition and very clean.
