Central, great location. Clean and modern room, bed very comfortable. Excellent air con, balcony nice touch . Free parking. Nice breakfast

Shower within wide edged bath made getting out hard, I’d had surgery and nearly fell. Also poor choice of hot drinks on coffee tray , no black coffee only 3-1 so couldn’t have a drink in the room. Tv only Lithuanian channels but it’s ok, we managed. Smoking smell from neighbouring balcony’s unpleasant . Not very attentive with car park barrier, always having to walk around to ask for it to be lifted , only to find reception sat watching tv so couldn’t see screen.

Location is absolutely great, in the middle of the city centre, so pretty much everything is within walking distance. Parking spaces are provided, hotel is new, rooms are well equipped, really clean and comfortable.

My room was on the first floor with windows facing the parking lot, therefore is was quite noisy, not to mention curtains needed to be shut at all times. Also hair dryer was burning for some reason, but I only noticed it right before my check-out, good that is was during summer time, so wet hair wasn't an issue :D

We had a one bedroom apartment. Absolutely loved the space, being able to put the baby to bed & sit in the next room in comfort. It was spacious and so well equipped. We had a separate entrance allowing us to walk in and out without going through the hotel. Staff were friendly & accommodating. The convenience of having a washing machine was fantastic when travelling with a baby also and there was a clothes horse to dry our clothes. On our first day we asked if we could borrow a hugh chair to feed our baby and it arrived within minutes and we were told we could keep it for the duration of our 4 night stay which made life very easy. The location was fantastic, on a quiet side street in the centre of the city. Would highly recommend for couples and families alike.

I wouldn't be a huge fan of the breakfast personally but I would say that was more down to my own tastes rather than the food. My husband was perfectly happy with it.

Room was clean and cosy. Nice balcony. Staff extremely friendly - we arrived early via train from Vilnius and the gentleman at reception held our luggage and then brought them up to our room. Location in off the street so quiet, but only just a ten or so minute walk to old town.

Tv- no English speaking channels other than news. Find it a bit strange for a four star hotel. No bottled water in room, also, no black tea bags or milk with kettle. Lady on reception was really nice however in supplying us with tea bags when we went down to reception. Breakfast-only OK. Not a massive selection available, especially hot foods lacking. There was an extra table in the seating area with some desserts, yoghurt and a sample of 2 or 3 pastries. Staff were good at refilling the selection.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and a two bedroom apartment. Both were spacious and had plenty of space for our family of five. We could have all squeezed in to one of the apartments. The one-bedroom had a functioning washing machine. Iron and board were available from reception. The central location near the main going-out and shopping district was great. There was ample parking space for our large rental van too.

The hotel was not able to cater for western-style vegan breakfast requirements. They warned of this in advance of the stay, so I purchased plant-based yoghurt, butter and milk from the supermarket next door and consumed these in the restaurant. Vegans who like pickled cabbage and olives for breakfast will however not be disappointed. There was also some fresh fruit available and bread (some of which may have been vegan, most of which contained milk/egg). The non-PB members of the family tucked in to a large array of meat, dairy and egg breakfast items.

What I liked about the Hoff hotel is that the reception was very nice and very helpful with everything. The cleaners were incredibly pleasant and were always positive and helpful. They cleaned the room without hesitation.

What I didn't like was at the very end of my stay, I was supposed to pick up food for my mother who had an operation and I didn't take that much yellow cheese and I was missing a couple of slices for my mother to put on the roll but I was stopped by the kitchen staff and there they said that it is not allowed to take two portions of food and then I said that I was only missing a couple of slices of cheese and then one of them said that it is fine and this made me incredibly disappointed. I missed the mini fridge for storing refrigerated items. They had this in the last hotel I was in.

A decent hotel in a central location. Even though it is an independent hotel, it does a lot of things right as expected of a 4-star hotel. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious, breakfast variety exceeds expectations, especially salads. Location is good, known by taxi drivers and couriers. There is a snack shop at reception. Staff is courteous and competent. Room is clean and heavily perfumed. Plenty of electric sockets. While this hotel is hard to compete against Radisson and Moxy by Marriott, it is currently my top independent hotel in Kaunas.

The restaurant only serves breakfast, as it doubles as a conference room during the day. Lighting is on the economic side. Ventilation on the bathroom is weak, so the mirrors steam up easily. Wi-fi is somewhat unreliable.

Cleanliness and hospitality Super nice and helpful especially Aurimas. He answered all my inquiries and searched some places that I asked about and showed me on the map.

The hotel is in the city centre however it is located inside a yard. The window of the room faced a parking place. Even if you pick a room with a balcony, you won't find it better. You will be perfectly okay if you keep the curtains closed. I would also recommend to provide a fridge to the room. I know it was not mentioned in the facilities. But it will be good if there is a fridge.

A bit hard to find, it's sort of hidden in a courtyard. As a result, no view in whichever direction, on the plus zero traffic noise. Very close to the main shopping street, restaurants/bars/supermarkets etc within a few hundred metres. Room was standard layout, a bit full because of a glass table and chair next to the bed. Bed itself comfortable, room very clean. Same applies to the bathroom, spotless. Very hard to get into the bath/shower, 60cm high wall to climb. Breakfast was of good quality and quantity, again very clean. All in all, recommended.

Nothing worth mentioning

Spacious room with balcony, nice modern bathroom (bath), spotless clean, perfectly cleaned room daily with all towels changed and etc. Generally attention to details around the hotel made a positive impression and a definite "cherry on the cake" an outstanding breakfast in very tastefully decorated breakfast area. Great selection and quality, friendly staff all around hotel, all felt that hotel work hard on guest satisfaction and I look forward to returning.
