Royal Park Hotel

Great location, close to everything, Akihabara in walking distance, GonPachi-Roppongi is just 10 minutes away w/ taxi, very good breakfast, very friendly staff, reliable services - luggage carrying, taxi reservations, etc., ... overall great experience.

For a 5-star hotel, rooms and carpet all over the facilities need serious updates and/or face-lift. Japan is the cleanest country in the world - period!!! ...so let's bring this fantastic Hotel up to the best Japanese highest standards.

Everything was as expected.

What I did not like was that check in was 3:00 PM. We arrived at the location at 1:30 PM and we were told that for 3,000 Yens we could get to the room immediately, but because I refused to pay for it, we had to sit in the Lobby until 2:20 PM before we were allowed in the room, which by the way, had been fully paid in advance. That was cheesy! I doubt I will stay here again, if I ever return to Tokyo.

Bathroom’s need to be update. My daughters got a better room than us🥴

amazing hotel… direct connectivity from Narita airport via TCAT bus, very convenient, awesome location…

I arrived at 12.00 am and strangely their checkin time is 3.00pm, I travel a lot for business but no hotel in the world has charged me for 3 hours of early checked in, I was really tired and felt I had no other choice, so had to pay for it.

room is quite spacious and clean, there are windows on 2 walls location is also good, near nihhonbashi and ningyocho, which have lots of food choice, btw, most of restaurants and shops close in year end

breakfast is really disappointing, considering its price. Unfortunately it's year end and most of shops are closed, there's no other choice

-Spacious room -diversity of restaurants In the hotel -massage option in the room -High quality room service that sources from the main Japanese (sushi bar) restaurant of the hotel. -rooftop restaurant (teppanyaki) with amazing view of Tokyo

-location is too far from center (though there are interesting cafes / restaurants near the hotel) -housekeeping up to 16:00 (no cleaning after that) -The bar was permanently closed during my stay. It’s the first week of January to be noted. -You have to pay after each room service order (they don’t charge to room .. so takes away from the 5* feel)

Location is very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and stores. Direct access to airport bus.

The bathroom is very small compared to the nice room.

We stayed in the tripel bed room # 1005, it's very comfortable for 3 person. The beds are comfortable with very clean linen. The washroom supplies are topclass, ampel bottled drinking water is also provided the room has a nespro coffee machine. Large closets with sufficient baggage storage in the room. A steam iron with ironing board is also available on request. Rooms are cleaned with fresh linen and towels,night suits everyday. Very prompt assistance is available at the front office and bell desk for any queries. Taxis are always available at the front gate of the hotel. The best part is that this hotel is directly attached to a subway( metro) purpel line ! Just take the escalator to the basement level and walk to the platform, that simple!!! The breakfast was good, although lacked any vegetarian or vegan options. There is the airport limousine bus station right next to the hotel it's very convenient for traveling to Handea and Narita airport, can save a lot of money buy using the bus to airport. Many 7/11 and family marts & supermarket right next to the hotel also a very clean coin laundromat 5 minutes walking distance.many bars and good restaurants (sushi, indian,ramen etc) in and around the hotel.

Breakfast lacked vegetarian or vegan foods.

definite entrance hall. as per picture. location was also good sitting above the Suitengumae station. the Airport transfer bus is also literally next door.

room for 3 beds was very small

The staff was very helpful, and kind. The room was spacious for Japanese standard, and the location is above the metro station, so very convenient. The view from the breakfast and exeuctive lounge was incredible.

The AC was not working well, it was barely emitting cool air. Fortunately we were provided with a de-humidifier that was providing cool air. The restaurant prices were outrageous in my opinion. The beds weren't King size European, but King size Japanese, so expect Queen size from an European POV.
