The layout of the room and the management of storage space are pretty good. Best thing is location (can see the SKYTREE directly)

The room is really small And the front desk staff was unwilling to give me an extra bottle of water :(

It´s in a very good location. You´re a few minutes away from Tokyo Skytree, and the views from the rooms and the rooftop are very cool. They have very good tea in the reception area. The rooms are very clean and if you prefer harder beds, the beds here are great.

We had very high expectations for the room and it didn´t quite meet them. Space is very limited and a lot of the design aspects of the room don´t make sense when you´re trying to make the most out of the space. The sliding bathroom door only has a track system at the top so it never closes properly on the first try. The rooms also need more outlets by the bed.

So mixed feelings about this place its small but again that's tokyo but it was such a strange room and not in the good way. I was like yay artsy and it looked unfinished almost. It was good value for money though so I don't exactly care. Our view was a rooftop with a stained creepy lounge chair that genuinely looks like someone got murdered on it but it was so strange it was kinda funny. But the hallway is texas chainsaw massacre for sure it's like hmmm. Definitely was a strange hotel

Its a little off in the creepy way but the location is great and the price is good and it's safe but idk it was odd

I like the location. Just few minutes away from Oshiage Sta. (Skytree) Asakusa Line. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a Yoshinoya just right beside the hotel. Then a Family Mart also just a few blocks away. The room is typical size for Tokyo Hotel. I like the bed, it's large enough for a couple. Very clean room.

We didn't like just only 1 aspect of this hotel. Which is the free wifi. At times, it is quite slow. Watching youtube videos, it will buffer or will become pixelated (low video quality). Cannot stream 1080p at all times. The wifi signal is strong (full bar) but the speed is slow. Since it is Tokyo, I expected the internet to be fast (like fast enough to stream 1080p youtube videos). My cellullar data is much faster than their wifi.

The 24-hour desk was very handy as our flight was heavily delayed. We didn't arrive for check-in until 2:00am. The room was breathtaking. Bed was firm, but I like a firm bed, bath and shower was amazing, great view of tokyo tower. The first morning, we were late for breakfast, but they still served us, and the chef even helped carry it up to our room! The food was exceptional. They spoke good English and were always willing to help. The final morning, we had the bread box for breakfast, which was basic, but what we wanted. Close to Tokyo tower.

There are better locations to stay in Tokyo but it was only a short 5 minute walk to the nearest station.

Breakfast offered was great and also good priced. The hotel lobby had all sorts of tea and fresh filter coffee for free. The rooms are tastefully decorated and king room was very spacious. The rooftop was a great touch to relax and enjoy the view of Tokyo Sky Tree. Good connected to the metro lines, you can even take a direct train from the closest metro stop to the airport, which was really great since we had a lot of bags with us.

Bathroom situation lacked a little bit of privacy. The toilet door was a bit see through and not isolating any sound. Maybe an extra and thicker curtain between the room and the bathroom area can provide a bit more privacy.

The staff were very polite, friendly and professional, there was a 24 hr coffee/tea/drinks self help station (optional breakfast for 600+ yen per pax) too, rooms were clean and room service was good. Toilets were good, heated seats and auto flushing which some hotels do not have. Location is convenient, just a stone's throw away from Oshiage Station. Familymart and Kura sushi along the way. Family mart had quite a decent selection of food and snacks with sitting area and charging ports. Overall the location was very nice, family friendly neighbourhood.

The only downside to this was the size of the room, it was harder to open out luggages to pack/unpack our clothes and items, we had 2 luggages and 2 carry-on duffles. Although the room was slightly small, it was still very much worth it for everything else.

The industrial chic aesthetic was interesting and different than anything else we stayed at during this trip to Japan. We paid a bit extra for a larger room and it was quite open and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The rooftop view of Skytree was fantastic.

As many have mentioned by many others, the sheer curtains being the only thing that separates the bathroom space from the room is 'A Choice' and means you need to be very comfortable with anyone you may be traveling with. The cafe space downstairs feels empty, and you can tell that it was once an active cafe with the counter and empty shelves still present. The room was reasonably clean, but the carpet could have used a bit more vacuuming...

Property was clean, and had excellent amenities in the room such as hair bands, hairbrush, water, all of which was replaced daily. Location was probably the best we could have asked for in Tokyo - a quiet neighbourhood but super close to SkyTree which ended up having all the major transport links we needed which was a super great surprise. Friendly staff and good WiFi.

The toilet door is translucent, and opposite a mirror, meaning that the room can see the shadow of you do your business. Maybe not the best stay for those uncomfortable with this. Also, bear in mind that the small room is particularly small and so is the bed, we were a bit squished at times. However, this should be taken in the context of price, which I think was very fair.

+ located right next to the Tokyo Skytree + located near the Asakusa district + located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle & bustle of most tourist hotspots + friendly staff + clean, modern facilities + rooftop terrace with a spectacular view of the Tokyo Skytree

Like most hotels in larger cities, rooms tend to be a bit smaller on average. - might be too far away from most tourist locations for some - no in-house laundry service - rather limited breakfast options
