Hotel Mystays Haneda

I like the fact that there was a room for hotel guests to use in a common area to eat and/or rest/chill out. There is also a microwave in that room for us to heat up leftovers or food we got from the grocery store.

I didn't like the fact there's no indication on their website about not offering airport shuttle transport for the evening hours. Airport shuttle is only available on the early morning, morning, and afternoon hours. Our flight was close to 11:00pm, so we couldn't get a shuttle at 7:30 or 8:00 pm. We ended up taking a taxi.

Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The shuttle bus got us to the airport in a one 5 minutes which was very helpful. They have a free bus that starts around 4am so even early flights can be caught.

Hotel was near and very accessible from the airport. I liked it that the toilet seat was heated, and pajamas were provided. All necessities were available (toiletries, slippers, hot water pot, etc.). Also there is an environmentally consciousness component because the tap water is drinkable, thereby disposing of the need for water bottles

The shuttle bus driver has a very deep accent so that I cannot comprehend what he was asking. I thought he was asking how may passengers were we to board the bus, but what he meant was what terminal we were going to. So I answered 2 because both me and my husband were traveling. And then he said that we cannot board and pointed to the poster that was posted on the vehicle. I did not have my glasses on so I cannot read what was written on it. It was a good thing that a fellow passenger helped with the translation and we were able to board the bus since we were going to Terminal 3.

Clean. Comfortable. Loved the bathroom. May be a bit small for some people, but we've stayed in smaller, so it was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. (Glad that one spoke fairly good English.) Breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Breakfast room was lovely. Close to the airport - 15 minutes drive. Took the the hotel shuttle bus to the airport. Took a walk to the Shinto temple behind the hotel which was interesting. Hotel located in a lovely and seemingly safe area. Would recommend. Would stay there again.

Though we didn't have a terrific view, I did appreciate the large window. Didn't know how to catch the hotel shuttle from the airport.

We had a double room with a kitchenette which was useful. The room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and there was a choice of two types of pillow. The free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning is good. If the shuttle bus to the hotel in the afternoon / evening doesn't work for you as regards the timetable, it's about 1200 yen in a taxi (2023).

We're travelling for an extended period and have a medium suitcase each. Like most hotels in Japan, it is difficult to find a place to put your suitcase and open it. You need to close it up and put it out of the way so you can move about in the room.

The hotel is very near to Haneda airport which I needed to get to quickly for an early morning flight. The hotel staff was very helpful to call a taxi for us to the airport and to guide us to the taxi when it arrived outside the hotel.

I booked a room which included breakfast in the price. I asked for a discount since we could not have the breakfast because we had to check out in the early hours before the breakfast is ready. The hotel staff was not able to give us a price discount. Neither did the hotel provide a bento on lieu of the breakfast although I had made this request when I first made the room reservation online.

We had an 8:30am flight back to Australia so needed somewhere close to the airport. This Hotel is very close to the airport and runs a free shuttle every 20 minutes. The hotel is generally clean and comfortable. It also has internal facilities like a gym but more useful for use was a cafe where you could get a beer and pizza. The room felt bigger than the 18m2 advertised and had two chairs so somewhere to sit.

The Japanese culture is to leave shoes at the door and put on the supplied slippers. The Australian culture is to walk around in bare feet. The result being black soles to the feet.

1. Shuttle bus. 2.Very convenient for airport and a short distance. 3. Good food options nearby and train if desired. 4. Room very comfortable and nice pillow options. 5. USB wire with various connectors to different devices. 6. Drinks machines and laundry room. 7. Self-select amenities at lobby.

Shuttle management as if bad or cold/hot weather, waiting time of 30 minutes a bit long. Guests should be asked if they will be using the shuttle bus and timing managed accordingly. It may turn out to be still twice an hour but for example, I was the only one boarding and had to wait 20 minutes.

The staff of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were in excellent condition and spacious based on Japan standar,d rooms at same price. I had just arrived in Japan and waiting on others so needed a hotel close by. This hotel is only a 10 minute taxi ride about $15. It is walking distance to metro station.

Nothing. Imwas there 2 days it was great. I also had the breakfast added to my room it was wotprth it. Had a meal one night itbwas good and reasonably priced. Supermarket is close by to pick up things you may want like soda, water etc….

It’s super close to Haneda and train station. We stayed on our last day in Japan and still has time to go somewhere the whole day since our flight is still at night. They took care of our belongings so we can still roam around. Breakfast is great!

I booked the hotel because of what posted is “ free shuttle” to the airport. I didn’t expect it to be 24hr service but at least, there are services going To and From Haneda during the day. What I don’t understand is, in the morning, its only “hotel-Haneda” and in the afternoon only is “Haneda-hotel”. Why can’t they do both? I love the hotel though.
