HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita

We have been here before, and it's our # 1 place to stay! We love everything about this hotel! Best customer service, clean,great location (beautiful mountain views), shuttle service is the best, and the breakfast buffet is a must. The pool and hotbut are great after a long day of sightseeing ,the staff are amazing!! Truthfully, I can go on and on about how great our stays have been,but I recommend you stay here and experience it all for yourself!

My son didn't know that he also had to wear a swim hat to use the pool. She only asked if I had one. He wasn't familiar with that since we dont require them in California. The lady was very rude telling him to wear one, take off his swim shirt and pointed at the camera ,probably saying we see everything on the camera. That made us feel like very uncomfortable ,like we hid it from her purposefully. That wasn't what I'd expect from such a well managed hotel.

Better quality & service than the Haneda location, in my humble opinion... Recommended!

Unfortunately the currency exchange machine always seemed to be out of order. But no worries, the airport, which accepts more diverse types of currency, is only a free shuttle ride away!

It is a hotel that I have stayed in many times before. I love that the convenience store is right in the lobby area of MyStays! Steven, the guest relations manager, is always very kind and helpful! The staff (everyone at the front desk as well as the bell desk) are professional, kind and helpful! The newest bell desk staffmember, Ms. Akira Hamano, is exceptional!

The Guest Service Manager, Steven, always ensures we have a large room to facilitate our luggage, but this time, the front clerk didn’t seem to know what we expected. We had to ask him to give us a large room. The buffet restaurant is ok, but during the breakfast service, the chef said he only makes simple omelets. I feel guests should be able to have eggs prepared the way they would like them.

I stayed here for the night before a flight out the next morning at Narita. The staff was super nice, the shuttle to the airport was quick. I was pleasantly surprised with the room and how large it was. the property appeared nice but I arrived late and left early the next morning.

The one thing I did not like was the elevators. there are quite a few elevators but I was not directed to the elevator closer to my room. The three located near the check in desk were filling up quickly and it would have been nicer to have had a map showing me a different elevator location.

The scheduled free airport shuttle which only takes 15 minutes was really useful! We also used the mall transfer but that wasn't so good - over half an hour standing and hot, I think we'd have taken a taxi if we knew, and we took a taxi back to the hotel. We went to Narita town too - wish we'd spent more time there as the town is beautiful! The room was lovely with a gorgeous view and quiet. The 7/11 in the hotel lobby was a useful touch too.

Had we known how nice Narita town was we might have stayed closer, but given the shuttle runs to/from the train station you can still visit the town.

The shuttle was handy, both upon arrival and departure, and a big part of the reason I chose this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. I loved the view, both at ground level and from my 6F window. I liked the elevator window that allows passengers to get a good view. There were 3 types of pillows - an orthopedic pillow, a regular pillow, and a throw pillow. I slept well using the orthopedic pillow. The convenience store was handy and another reason I chose this hotel. The ladies at the check-in and check-out counter were friendly and considerate.

No fan in the bathroom to get rid of steam. The man who checked me in was professional but brusque and unfriendly. Although there is a wall-mounted bilingual heater/air con, the room got chilly at night no matter how high I set the temperature.

The gardens looked lovely and it was amazing to have a little supermarket located in the hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic.

The only thing to note would be that we specifically booked with breakfast to make sure we are ready for our long flight back, however, when we got downstairs there was a huge queue waiting for access, which is something we have never experienced before. Despite arriving over an hour before we were planning to take the shuttle, we felt we might not be able to enter/finish breakfast in time so we asked to have our breakfast refunded, which happened without much complication. I would however advise to go down extra early in case this happens again so as to not miss out.

It is close enough from NRT. To see many airplanes are arriving in the close air on the above of the hotels is very scary, but inside of the hotel it was quiet. The crowd's in this hotel was noisier than the airplanes' approaching to NRT.

Too many groups were staying at this hotel. Because of it, I and some other hotel guests had to wait for the laundry machine and dryers. It seems that the big public bath for men's was also very crowded. This hotel could have the group guests in another wing and they could install some other laundry room and public bath as well?! The group people were having breakfast and dinner in the basement's party room. This was good idea for other individual guests, I think.

The hotel is beautiful. We arrived late in the evening and the free shuttle bus was there to take us to the hotel which was a short ride say 7mins. It is very close to the airport. The staff were welcoming and the check in process was easy. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us. There were 2 beds (I travelled with my son). We ate dinner in the rest next to the lobby I ordered a salad and some fried chicken my son a burger and fries. It was well priced, delicious, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Also in the lobby is a convenience store which had food and many other items. I highly recommend it if you're staying the night before you move onto the next part of your trip. Or are in between plans. I forgot to take pictures but I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The pillows I like firm pillows, not a big problem at all.

Fantastic Airport hotel, it was exceedingly comfortable and I wish I could have stayed longer. The Airport shuttle made travelling very easy, 11am checkout, many great facilities like Gym, Spa etc. there is also a Family Mart inside the Hotel lobby, but the Buffet was absolutely lovely. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The only thing is that I wish there was immediate free wifi in the lobby (without password) as it made checking in without internet a bit difficult as I had just arrived from overseas with no Sim set up.
