Positioned in a quiet zone, close to the motorways and within 30' walking distance from PalaAlpitour (e.g. to go to concerts). Free car parking nearby. Kind and professional staff. High quality breakfast buffet.

Suggestion : it's OK having to leave the room keycard with the reception when going out. The process of getting the keycard back when returning could be improved. There was only one person at the reception and he was busy with checking in new guests. My daughter needed to use the bathroom and the waiting time to get the keycard back seemed to last forever. A "fast lane" to get the keycard back should be created..... or one should be allowed to carry the keycard with him when going out :)

Pros: -clean, tidy, excellent rooms for a cheap price -easy access -free breakfast when I booked the room -> the breakfast had every single thing you could think of! Honestly, was amazing! -free wifi, which is given for all the hotels.

Cons: -you have the leave the key to your room at the reception when you are going out of the hotel; reception is 24hrs so no issues there. -30 minutes away from city centre; you need bus 58 or 55. -the main carpet outside of the room it is a bit outdated - if that’s something that would bother you. -the shower cabin doesn’t have a close; it’s kinda open, but you can still close the main bathroom door, and should have no issues.

The room was spacious, and the bed was highly comfy. We were allotted a room with a balcony view, but the air conditioner was not working. When we complained about the problem, the hotel staff allotted us a new room on another floor, but there was no balcony view. One issue we observed was that it was two mattresses instead of one single king-size or queen-size fitting mattress. The breakfast was quite good, and it had corn flex, eggs, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, juice, fruits, and multiple tarts. A very good value for money hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. All the tourist spots are at least a 30-40 min bus ride. Even though the hotel is well connected with bus transport, there is no metro stop near the hotel.

We had a really good stay here. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable with good natural light. The location is good but not great. It's not very close to the city/attractions, but there are two bus stops very close to the hotel that can take you to Porta Nuova and Porta Susa (Bus numbers 55 and 58) with frequent buses. We had a 48-hr city transport pass and we had no problems using the buses and metro in the city. The breakfast was decent, with a spread of cereal and meusli, bread, cake/pastries, fruits, coffee, eggs, yogurt, cut meat and juice. There was not much of variety (for example, there was no wholewheat/gluten free options) but it was quite good, nevertheless. I had a sore throat and I ran down to get hot water from the reception twice or thrice everyday and the staff was very patient and courteous to smile and hand me hot water every time.

The shower area did not have a cover (a part of the sliding door was missing) but it wasn't that much of a problem, given that they cleaned the room and the bathroom everyday. Other than this, this was a great stay. We'd come here again if we came to Turin.

I stayed at the hotel for 7+1 nights. The staff at reception were exceptional. Big thanx to Olsen, Livia, Alan, Salvatore, Roberta, Emanuel and Danilo for all of your help and patience. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable King Size bed. Thank you to Housekeeping. Breakfast was very satisfactory with the staff always willing to provide more. Well done to the staff at the restaurant and kitchen. The hotel is very conveniently placed in a quiet part of the city, with a park right across and public transport readily available to take you into the busier parts of the city. Bus stops right in front of the hotel. And don't worry about getting to the airport on time. A very pleasant and professional taxi driver, Emanuel, will take you there on time and in style!

Consider placing a safe in the room and maybe a small fridge/cool box. The price for accommodation was more than I had anticipated, but that was understandable and expected, as there were quite a few events taking place in Turin at the time, pushing prices up.

The breakfast was wonderful, the room was warm and clean and the staff were so helpful and nice that I ended up staying more than I had originally planned to. The bed was very comfy, and the hotel was clean. It was also very quiet and I was able to sleep very well. Highly recommended.

There was nothing I didn't like. Some may say the location isn't great, but you can easily reach the hotel with a taxi or with public transport, so that wasn't a problem for me at all. There are also shops close to the hotel so that wasn't a problem either.

Room was clean and nice, Staff was ready to help, but not all of the staff at the reception knew English, so communication was sometimes difficult. Breakfast was good.

Location was not very convenient: long (about half an hour) travel by bus to city centre and Lingotto Fiere.

The politeness and friendliness of the staff, explaining every details when we have any questions. The amazing breakfast which is served till end of morning. This brings nice values to the stay. Bus stop nearby. Rooms are really nice.

Did not like the receptionnist calling at late night around midnight for some money problem. Location far but all in all nice place.

Quiet location with good transport links to the city center. Plentiful breakfast. Spacious and well-furnished room. Good night's sleep.

The sofa with its wooden frame needs to change. It's old and unreliable.

There was a very good selection for breakfast both for food and drinks. The room was quite nice and everything was clean, shower supplies were also provided which was a nice touch.

The beds were a bit too hard to my liking but I guess that is very subjective. The receptionist seemed a little distracted during check ins but we got it done either way.
