The Sicilian palace is charming and is located on the main street. We were very happy to select it as a central point of our visits in the region: Favignana (the port is nearby), Erice, Segesta, Mozia, Marsala, Salinunte, ... Even more, is a quite clean and safe city. The beach along the wall is great and with clear and blue water. Breakfast is served in the restaurant with a splendid terrace where you can enjoy the products they offer every day, such as fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and cappuccino. There are many good restaurants around, with good food and local wines for a reasonable price. People are very kind and trustworthy.

Everything exceeded our expectations and we don't have any complain. It was the perfect B&B for our stay in Trapani.

Location was amazing, main attractions in old town was in walking distance. Bed was super comfy, there is air conditioner which came in handy during evening/night as it was much colder then. There is also heater in bathroom. Each morning room was cleaned, bed made and new towels provided, as well as water was stocked in fridge. Receptionist was super helpful and friendly, helped with all our questions and allowed us to check in earlier.

Breakfast could have used some fresh vegetables, but freshly squeezed orange juice was exceptional. There were some connectivity issues with WiFi - had to log in each time after leaving room and there were some technical difficulties each time when doing so, but it always worked after couple of tries.

Ai Lumi is well located in Trapani town, handy to the port and restaurants. The accommodation is in one of the more historic buildings in the town and accessed by a number of stairs. It would not be suitable for a person with a disability. The room was large and comfortable, although slightly stuffy and showing its age. The breakfast was very good, and overall the accommodation is very good value. 

The room is on the 3rd floor and accessed by staircase (although a pulley basket is used to deliver the luggage, so you don’t need to carry it up the stairs!)

The location could not of been better! The setting and tranquil feel of the courtyard set the tone. The room was adequate and very clean. The air con worked really well and made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and to sit out on the main corso every morning was a delight. You were in the middle of everything yet and location and quietness made for a good nights sleep. The staff and manager could not of been more friendly and were always very helpful. I'm definitely coming back!

This property was perfect for exploring the city of Trapani and close to the harbor for boat excursions! We liked the small balcony and weren’t disturbed at all by any street noise. We also liked that there were cold waters stocked in the refrigerator that we could grab for 1€ each.

The air conditioner only worked in one part of the room but the cool didn’t reach the bedroom. Parking was a little tricky but we figured it out. Breakfast included was a little lacking…few options.

Everything was perfect, the central location, comfortable beds, very clean, powerful shower, lovely breakfast, helpful staff, wouldn't change a thing. Thank-you.

Location was very central. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and a beautiful building. The dinners were very tasty, beautifully served, and the staff was friendly. They served excellent olive oil and local wines. We received a better/larger room for the same price because it was just vacant. We were very impressed with the environment.

The way to the second floor via the stairs is quite annoying with suitcases - but for a beautiful environment you need to make an effort.

Very conveniently located in the heart of the historical center, with good shopping and a ideal for great local food and evening strolls. The rooms are located in a wonderfully restored building with an interior courtyard which is spotlessly clean and well kept.

Everything about it was rewarding to the senses. Finding faults with it would have to be invented as it all was more than expected as a traveler. However, the Wi-Fi connection in our room was unusually complicated and slow.

This B&B was wonderful! A beautiful building, and the room was so lovely with a view of the courtyard. Perfect walking distance to everything you could need, restaurants, bars, the beach. The restaurant was also lovely, the food was delicious and as a customer of the B&B you get 15% off. Highly recommend Ai Lumi and would return.

Beautiful old building in the very center of Trapani, in the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The room was quite lovely and well equipped. Breakfast was included in the amazing and critically acclaimed restaurant they have "Ai Lumi", we had dinner there too and it was wonderful, we got a discount for staying in their hotel. I would definitely recommend this lovely place.

Hot water can be quite unstable but we stayed in few other accommodations in Trapani and they all had the same situation. We managed to shower comfortably anyway.
