Friendly and very helpful host. I was allowed to place my bicycle safe indoor. The use of a small kitchen with some basic seasonings is a plus. Good Wifi. Liked the location in a restored old building in the center of town. Sora itself is a pleasant place to be.
The room on the first floor, just above a popular bar, can be a bit noisy on Saturday night. The use of the kitchen can be improved. For example, there were a dozen of single use plastic forks, but could not find a single spoon or a knife. A towel to wipe washed dishes could be useful too. Room on first floor directly connects by a wooden sliding door with the reception space used by the host at morning time. This might impact privacy in the morning for guests staying more than one night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Portella delle Fate. Mauro is a great host, really helpful and friendly. The B&B is situated in the centre of town, which meant we could walk to the local amenities easily. The room was exactly how described, enjoyed having our own personal kitchen space to have breakfast. We would highly recommend this B&B.

Exactly as described. Exceptionally clean room, bedding, towels. Host had excellent local knowledge and always on hand to answer any questions and give advice re eateries etc. Perfect location for all local amenities.

could be difficult for elderly to take luggage up narrow stairs. lights are harsh and insufficient plugs for charging electronics, etc.
