B&B Hotel Savona

This is a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms all have sea views and balconies. The room had good air conditioning. There is a car park with a barrier which is good. Staff very helpful and cheerful. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms good. It is a little way out of town however make the effort to walk about 10 minutes to get to more local restaurants - we can recommend one called La Lampara - it is tucked behind an apartment block. Excellent food at good prices.

The restaurants near to the hotel are expensive and focused at tourists - so not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel staff was the best I have ever met in my trips.. they were always friendly and helpful. They helped us with a sun umbrella and a discount card for activities on the Ligurian coast. We also received an upgraded room which was spacious and very well designed. The bus station is located very close, so you can move quickly around Savona or other destinations.

friendly staff. Very helpful. We arrived with our electric car and immediately someone made sure we knew there was a charger. We are not always met with such friendliness when it comes to our car 😜 And the pillows!!!!

The noise of the light switch in our room was a big clunk. When you have a baby who wasn’t sleeping very well it was a bit scary to switch it on and off! The location. With a baby it was not so convenient at the time we arrived to find food. What was brilliant though was the microwave meals they had. What a great idea! I can’t tell you how many times I have been stuck for food at a hotel!

This was our first visit to a BandB hotel and on this evidence will not be our last. The accommodation was excellent and provided our colleague with an experience that she will not forget, Not least the balcony with sea view. Staff clearly displayed pride in their hotel and this was also displayed by the participation of management.

There was some confusion over rooming on arrival. Our rooms were on 2 separate floors. Whilst the breakfast provided ample choice, The individual items were of variable quality.

Very pleasant hotel, parking at front and rear, very comfortable, staff and check was very good. Beautiful Sonila was fantastic super friendly and extremely efficient, sorting things out at the super breakfast with ease. Sorry I was not able to to come back on my return journey, but hope to see you again. Bryan

That was an incredible stay! The stuff was the best! Super friendly, very kind and helpful in any situation! The hotel is situated a couple of steps from the beach, and from the hotel room you can observe a mesmerising sea view! The rooms are clean, comfortable, full equipped with all necessary amenities. We wish that the breakfast would be a bit better than it is, for example with more variety of food and a bit tastier scrambled eggs, as it was no that much, but it was good all in all.

Lovely times of staying. The staffs are very helpful and keep offering help. As a foreigner I like that they speaks English to me all the time and the conversation is not a problem. The room is clean and the bathroom is quite big! Love the none see through glass of the bathroom. The room comes with a mini bar with water. The price is reasonable and the view is just stunning.

Our stay was lovely. The room and the entire hotel was very clean, everyone on the staff was very friendly, nice and ready to help with anything. The beach was very near, maybe a 3 minute walk.

We would have liked maybe a little variation at breakfast. They offered a sweet option and a savoury one that were basically the same thing every morning. But we were also always provided with some other buffet options. We understand that that was mainly because of the pandemic regulations and it was fine.

The hotel was nice, clean, with nice staff, close to the beach.

Location of the hotel is at the margins of Savona, there was a construction site near by. The beach was near but most of it was private, be aware of that. We find some free spaces, not so crowded, because we traveld in september. The breakfast was decent, but it was the same every day. We paid extra for a room with "sea view" but in the same "view" there was the parking lot, a construction site, the navy yard and a blue spot of the sea.

staff, italian style smiles. super nice staff, comprehensive and helpful. covid measures are well in place, no worries. parking (i.e. motorbike) is right in front of the hotel and safe. rooms with balcony or ground floor shared terrace, high ceilings. bathroom and room are ok for that standard, no frills. good and practical stop before taking the ferry.
