Hotel Castello di Santa Vittoria

Beautiful hotel in a great location, exceptional view from the top of the hill. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Spacious room with a balcony and great view. Very clean, high hygienic measures done. Brochure with interesting places and events in Piedmont available in the room. Garden, pool and exterior of the hotel was very charming.

To find a parking place for hotel guests was a bit confusing, despite being marked - there are different places to park the car - several spots are directly in front of the entrance gate, others are next to the restaurant (under the tower), and other ones are behind the main building - narrow gate on the left - marked with a sign (Parcheggio), and then under the trees or next to the wall. The last two are close to the hotel reception, but from the last one it is available only without lift (by stairs).

Really beautiful hotel with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The room was spacious and a very nice cot was provided for our baby. The breakfast was delicious and we booked the restaurant for dinner for one of the days and it had views over the village and beyond.

The staff at reception was not very informative. I had to press them for timings of the breakfast and where to find the swimming pool, which given the price of the rooms, would be a given. The property is located on a hill in Santa Vittoria and unless you have a car be prepared to pay a hefty fee for a taxi.

The most beautiful views from the pool and restaurant. All staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfasts really good choice of food and good service. Best views were from the restaurant. Nice to be able go up the tower, although shame about all the bird poo and pigeons. Fantastic region for wine, local food, historic castles and views.

Very romantic location with fine Italian atmosphere. We enjoyed our staying at this hotel! Can recommend it to you if you love calm high quality rest. The breakfast was really good with variety of Italian cheeses and salami, delicious cappuccino and warm scrambled eggs. Also the view from the window was incredible.

You couldn’t ask for a better location to laze by the pool! The staff were super nice and worked a miracle to allow us to stay longer because it is a wonderful place.

Beds were soft by our Italian experiences, but just a tad too firm for us.

The hotel and the restaurant are both located within the old castle on the top of the hill where the historical village of S. Vittoria rests. Amazing view from our room balcony and from the restaurant main room. There's also a swimming pool, but weather was too cold for us to enjoy it. The restaurant offers a very good choice of local food and wines, including a wide selection of Barolo and Barbaresco, and it's much better that the restaurants you can usually find within a hotel. Castello S. Vittoria is the perfect starting point to enjoy the Langhe region.

Because of Covid-19 restrictions we coudn't enjoy the usual buffet breakfast. Breakfast, even though more than sufficient, was probably the less thrilling aspect of our stay.

Beautiful location high on a hill - the only downside was that there was not much around - you really do need a car to get around. Having said that, it was a lovely hotel

This is a spectacular place. I strongly recommend this place for a truly Piemonte stay. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. We had a wonderful balcony where we had dinner.
