location was good walking distance to the university campus

the number of steep stairs in the property it was on three levels with very steep stairs the bedroom was on the top level and I am not young it was a challenge. Perhaps mention that the property is on three levels. The shower, unless you are under 65 kg you are going to have fun getting in and out of the shower, perhaps review the way the shower door works because it only opens up to about 400mm I am 75kg and I had to squeeze sideways into the shower with my back and front touching the door frame, husband had the same difficulties.

Quiet and convenient location, 10 minute walk from a train station. We stayed here to visit Florence, but also fell in love with Prato. This was partly because of having an amazing home to return to, a tiny “palazzo”spread over 3 floors. Smart use of the space gives a very spacious feel, and the bedroom is really big. The attention to detail and the quality of the materials, such as furniture/mattress/appliances was outstanding. It was super cozy and comfortable. The host is also really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere/art in the place is amazing and made our stay in Prato/Florence perfect. Last but not least: the view from the place is really interesting. I’ve grown very fond of the historic wall in our quiet street. We will definitely return here.

The property was gorgeous. First step and you feel like being in a historical home with all modern facilities you might need. The cleanness of the apartment was just satisfying, could use white gloves and they would still be cristal white.

The door to the shower cabin was pretty narrow, thought it did not bring problem for us

I liked that it is in a typical italian building, in a quiet area. The bed is good and you have washing machine, iron, kitchen.

For me it was the stairs, there are many stairs until you reach the bedroom. If you forgot something downstairs, good luck😆Also, the lighting is not natural, unfortunately there are no windows in the kitchen, only the main door,

A beautiful, historic home. Memorable. Overall a great stay. Very helpful and communicative owner. Hope to stay here again. (For anyone with back and knee problems be aware there are steps to climb)
