We had a wonderful stay at this property! Lori and Danielo are amazing hosts. They upgraded us to a delux room. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable and a big terrace with a nice view. You have all the amenities you need in the room. Each morning they would give us suggestions about what to visit/ how to get there, restaurant recommendations... Breakfast spread each morning is just perfect, with different local pastries. The location of the property is perfect. We could walk to all the touristy sites. In order to visit places outside palermo, there are bus stops also at walking distance. You have great eating options in the next street if you dont wish to go far for dinner/lunch. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing to complain.

The room was super clean. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us a map and showed us all the important things to visit, try and explore. They also had our room already prepared in the morning, so we didn't have to wait. They also remembered that it was my husband's birthday on our last day, and they surprised us with cake and a candle for him to blow :)

The only issue we had was the noise coming from the other guests. Not from their rooms but from the common breakfast area. If you are a light sleeper you will probably have issues with this.

We just wanted a nice room at walking distance to Palermo city center - and we got that 100%, but getting to know Daniele and Lori was much more valuable than anything else. We stayed for 8 nights and it was very nice from the beginning till the end. The room with bathroom was very clean, large enough, with a sea view, with air conditioning and a fridge - very important during the hot Sicilian summer. The breakfast was tasty, the coffee as well. One day I even got a ciambella for breakfast - a local donut-like pastry. I didn't ask for it, but they heard me wondering about it, and made me a surprise the next day. The owners gave us nice visiting advice, helped us book various boat tours or rent a car, and they were always there when a guest came in - no matter how late he / she arrived. Grazie mille Lori and Daniele for making our stay as good as it was. We just booked a B&B room but you two were a big bonus. We'd like to keep in touch with you and maybe have you both as guests someday!

The owners are warm and welcoming and took time to make sure I knew the good places to eat, shop, and explore. It felt like staying with family, which was very comforting being a solo traveler far from home. The room was comfortable and clean, and the building is next to a pedestrian-only area lined with cafes, with kids playing futbol and running around. It was a cute area and a close walk to the main downtown area. Definitely a great deal for my 2 nights in Palermo!

Perfect for a base to venture from. Everything we needed for our short busy trip. These guys have every situation covered and are willing to help in whatever situation may arise ( everything went wrong for us at the beginning but they had us covered at every step). Can’t big these guys up enough except for saying ‘travelling the world would be much easier if these guys controlled the hospitality world’. From picking us up at the buss stop, to helping us plan our daily adventures whilst making us the most amazing cappuccino’s and local breakfast buffet each morning. These guys create an experience altogether. WORTH EVERY EURO

The only thing that I found slightly annoying was being unable to lock the balcony door, so I’d need assistance with that at times. however the room felt secure at all times.

Best staying in Palermo! Amazing clean and amazing room in great location near the centre and the port that you have all the types of restaurant you want nearby and walk to the most of the monuments and stations(bus or train).Lori and Daniele will make you feel like home and explain everything you can do in Palermo and Sicily, you can’t find hosts like them! I will never forget the one of a kind breakfast with traditional Sicilian sweets fruits and panini fresh made everyday ! The coffee ☕️ just mama Mia I miss it already… We will be back again soon for this experience! <3

The hosts are very helpful and friendly, they enjoy what they do, always greeting gusts with smiles. During my stay was my birthday and as we came out the room they sang me happy birthday song as well a small cake and a candle they've got me a gluten free cake too. The last day we requested a taxi and Daniel the host said will take us to the airport but before that he took us to the most beautiful place on the tope of mountain and around the city to a places we didn't have the chance to see. We are so grateful to these people and wish them all the best in their business.

The only thing I didn't like is the noise at night as out room is facing the street .

If you don’t choose this hotel when visiting Palermo, you are missing out! The service, hotel room, facilities were all exceptional, from meeting the host couple at the airport with a personal welcome, through to hotel room, breakfast experience and the guidance for attractions to see. The hosts could not offer any more, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was a comfortable one. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is fantastic value. The food choices at breakfast, fantastic. The personal touch, welcomed in a new place. Thank you for having us!

Loredana and Daniele are the perfect hosts. Daniele made our two transfers to and from Palermo Airport and right from the start we were made to feel most welcome and felt like family members and not guests! Would recommend the facilities and location to everyone. Thanks to both of you for making us feel so welcome!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Daniele and Lori are amazing hosts! They are so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and our room very comfortable and clean, excellent value. The location, right by the pedestrian streets of the old city, is perfect! We had such a wonderful experience at our first stop in Sicily!
