Central location was excellent

Can use a better method for transportation with taxi to airport, while they provided a ride as promised for a 4:30am pick up I had to wait outside so the taxi could see me, 4:30 in the morning in Palermo isn’t pretty as dozens of shady characters are walking the streets, in my case I had an incident with someone who kept asking me for money and kept coming closer and closer to me to the point that I needed to shove him away as I felt he was definitely trying to rob me, luckily he realized I wasn’t having no part of that, but others might not have been so lucky, other than that Palermo was what I expected

B&B Ponticello is a centrally located B&B.Situated within a 10-minute walk from a bus station. Staying at B&B Ponticello during my visit to Palermo, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The location of this B&B is truly fantastic, situated centrally and close to many historical sites. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and accessible. The cleanliness of the B&B was impeccable. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail when it came to cleanliness, and it enhanced my overall stay.

A lovely room in a great location, very close to the street with many great restaurants and to all tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was super nice and polite. Breakfasts were tasty and well-organized. The room also has a mini-bar if you need water or other drinks. They clean rooms every day like in a hotel. LED lights and music in the bathroom were also a nice addition.

The biggest problem for us was the noise from the street at night, to be specific the garbage truck waking us up at 3 am, even though I usually sleep like a rock. An iron in the room would be also great :)

The place was absolutely amazing, Emanuele was very friendly and supporting host. He give us a lot of advice re Palermo tourists. The breakfast was amazing and always fresh. Room was very big with lot of handy equipment's. Location of B&B was absolutely amazing 10 minutes to train and buses main stations, very very close to main tourist attractions. We have very lovely time in Palermo. Big credit to the host of B&B

all was amazing

Located right in the middle of historical centre of Palermo, B&B Ponticello welcomed us with a well-decorated, clean and comfortable room and good Italian breakfast. The lovely hosts were flexible and attentive to our needs. There is a small library of travel books in the dining/common area which we borrowed to read and plan our days. Their own small brochure/map is also packed with great info and many great walks (most of which we followed). We really enjoy our 3-night stay at B&B Ponticello.

This was the most amazing location, B&B Hospitality was a 12! Clean, quiet, beds comfortable, breakfast amazing!!! Emanuel was a top notch 10 host!!! I would highly recommend staying here. A/C, nice private baths, wonderful location within walking distance of train and bus. It was a wonderful time. We will return!

We felt at home. apart from everything that was great anyway, we loved how much thought went into the little things: hooks and knobs everywhere so you could hang your stuff, even a clothesline on the balcony. This really makes the difference between a good stay and a home away from home. Grazie Emanuele!

we booked a room without windows by accident. we were lucky another room was free and Emanuele offered us to switch. read the description carefully.

The location for us was perfect in terms of sightseeing of the city. Very big and nice bathroom with music. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owner. Possibility to organize parking next to entrance.

There should be separate bedding (sheets) for each person. It would be good to have available adapters in each plugs - especially next to bed. No space in the shower for cosmetics.

great location very central, literally 5 minutes walk from the Quattro canti square. Nicely located in a little square off the Main Street in a very quiet area. Emanuele the host is super helpful and has made our stay comfortable and smooth. thank you!

nothing, it’s a very clean, cosy and well furnished B&B

Great location, very near the Main Street but set back so not too noisy. The room was up a single flight of stairs and was easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower in particular were very good quality.
