Even if on the website and on booking they specified they offer a shuttle service 24h and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, they didn't offer any shuttle and sugested me to take a taxi. When I wrote them to update the shuttle bus schedule on their website and on booking for the clients to be correctly informed, I didn't received any feedback. That is very unprofessional for a 4 star hotel.

We had the Superior Double Room for the last night of our trip and it was perfect. Very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and a huge hot tub in the room. The staff were all very friendly, and checking in/out were a breeze. If you have an early flight from Bergamo then I definitely recommend this place as you can walk to the airport in about 15-20 minutes.

Just a 5 min drive from Airport. If you have manageable baggage you can even walk to this place. So close to the airport still in a silent place. The room was super clean. Extremely comfortable bed. The room had a jacuzzi (which we did not use). Elevator to take upstairs, 24 hours reception so late checkin was not a problem.

We had booked for a double room with kitchen. But we were given the "King room with Spa" (which is actually a free upgrade). Though its a higher grade room, we specifically had booked a room with kitchen facility. It was quite disappointing that they by mistake gave us the higher grade room (without kitchen). Next day the staff apologized for the mistake and offered a free airport shuttle ride (which is usually EUR10). Their airport shuttle closes before midnight. So we had to take a shared taxi (they charged 20EUR, but a nominal price should have been 10 to 15EUR). So watchout in case you take a taxi.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was great, spacious.

There was an issue with the bubble bath (which was an extra charge of €40,-): there was some dirt in it when putting the tab on. This made us no longer enjoy the bath, which we were looking forward to use and relax. We mentioned this to the reception upon check-out. They thanked us for mentioning it and apologized, but would be nice to compensate this inconvenience in a way. The parking underneath the hotel was quite narrow and steep. I was lucky to have a small car. There is a coffeemaker, but no pads. In the reviews I have read you can buy them at the reception, which is a bit annoying if you pay almost €200,- per night! Besides that a good filled mini-bar.

I decided to book this hotel, because I had an early morning flight, so I needed my accommodation to be close to the airport. Room is very nice, clean, with very comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom is very spacious. Airport is maybe 20 minutes walking from hotel.

Because airport is nearby, it might be loud because of planes flying around (I sleep with ear plugs so it didn't bother me). Light system in the room is a bit complicated, because you have different buttons for different lights, so it's hard to hit the right one.

Great location very close to the Bergamo Airport. Large and clean rooms. Parking space available inside the hotel building. Excellent restaurant nearby in walking distance.

The air condition was very noisy and they did not manage to switch it off, even after a call at the front desk. Also it took long 15 minutes to check in with a group of 5 people, because of another guest who just walked in and asked the only employee for a print receipt from a printer that apparently didn’t work and was fixed while letting us wait.

This hotel is close to the airport. You can quite easily walk there in about 15 mins. The staff were very helpful. My wife left a shirt in the room and they were very supportive for us to get it back Breakfast is simple but more than adequate The rooms are modernist and functional. So if you like that style you'll be happy I would be happy to stay here again

I paid €20 for a taxi when I could have walked but that's nothing to do with hotel Apparently there's a nice pizza restaurant across the road but we never got to sample it as our flight was late

This was the perfect location for us to stay the nights before and after travelling by plane. The airport is a 20-min walk and the hotel also provides an airport shuttle. It's a 30-min walk to the train station. Our room had a jacuzzi bath which was lovely! The bed was comfortable enough and there was a mini bar in the room.

The breakfast wasn't very good unfortunately. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Conveniently located, clean, comfortable and friendly staff - Met me after a late flight and checked me in quickly. Very comfortable remote control for the lights next to the bed. The red lighted bathroom was a delight! Special thanks for the bottle of Berlucchi in the room fridge. It was just a super bonus after an exhausting trip!

I don't even know what to write here. I was satisfied with everything.

The room was really comfortable and the staff were really friendly. I was catching an early flight and wanted somewhere to stay the night before that was nearby and convenient.

I feel that charging €10 for the airport shuttle is a bit unfair as it is marketed as an airport hotel that is a 20-30 minute walk away from the airport. However, the shuttle was convenient and the driver was great.
