The Square Milano Duomo

The location is excellent close to duomo the breakfast is not good not tasty .I had to take breakfast at near by cafes.The room service is very poor very few options and are of poor quality.The roof top restaurant very difficult to book they should another restaurant as the near by restaurants are offering mostly pizza .They offer free water and beverages replaced daily great in this hot weather

The quality of breakfast very bland not tasty not quality very expensive25euros . Therese no good concierge to help book tours or visits like other hotels .

The staff was very friendly and immediately greeted our family upon entry. We were early and the front desk staff gladly held our luggage so that we could explore. The room was comfortable and quite large by European standards. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast itself was outstanding. Absolutely delicious! Don't forget to check out the rooftop bar. Location was fantastic and just two blocks away from the Duomo. Plenty of trolly service nearby.

Breakfast buffet each morning was great along with the staff who were able to assist and connect with us both in the breakfast room and in the front desk reception area.

The sour and bad note to end our stay in Milan was the transfer which the hotel organised to MXP airport. They confirmed that it would be 110 euro for our luggage and 2 of us. However when the driver dropped us off at the airport he insisted and demanded that it was 130 euro!! This was not a nice way to finish our stay in the The Square Milano Duomo Hotel and our experience in Milan. Upon contacting the hotel thereafter to remind them of this and to inform them of this they suggested that it was a mistake and that the driver would refund me, but how, I paid in cash! At the moment I have to provide bank details back to the driver as he does not have the facility to credit my credit card. Such a drama to get a refund back to me which the hotel has "quietly" forgotten!!!

I like the location of the hotel, you can walk to the Duomo easily, shops and restaurants all nearby. The room is clean. Reception and the Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, pastries are the best. Roof is very nice. There's a nice heater in the bathroom for Towle or wet clothes. I like the balcony too.

I stayed six nights, which most people in this hotel stayed for one or two nights, so you know how much money I spent for the six nights, and they didn't even gave us something as a gesture nor welcoming, i even said that Im coming for a honeymoon in the reservation, it would be nice to have a dinner or a cake even fruit for free! Now I'm staying in Rome in Anantara Palazzo Naiadi hotel, and i had the best welcoming from the manager and even gave us his number in case of anything we need, and sent us a cake with a bottle of water because we are Muslims, they consider us and that we are newly married. Elevator slowly comes. I tried the restaurant, no many options for vegetarian food unfortunately.

The breakfast had such a variety and was so delicious. The location was unbeatable.

The beds weren't too comfy and it was hard to find a place to plug in your phone.

The rooms are luxurious and the bed is very comfortable. very good location.

The cleaning lady started to use the vacuum on the hall at 3.30 pm. i was in the city in the morning and came back for a little nap to leave again and i could not sleep because of that. Also, there is a strange noise coming from the pipes once in an hour or two and it woke me up a few times in the middle of the night..

Great location, we walked for just a fwlew minutes to all main attractions in Milano. Freindly staff and very comfortable + clean room. Perfect for starting the day and relaxing in the evening. We just loved it.

There was nothing I can point here. I saw many complaint in several hitels referring to the loud noise from the trams. It's not about the hotels, it's about the old tram rails in Milano...

The location was awesome, the front desk was extra good and a warmth welcome, especially one guy who was very friendly from the beginning, he even knew albanian 😂 unfortunately didn’t catch his name but was 1.65-1.70, fit and a little bit of curly hair 😂. The rooms were good but not quite good enough. bathroom clean and it had good space

The parking lot was 250-300 m away, the guy there saya to park on the 3-4 floor, and the way to the parking floors is to narrow and if u have a large car it gets difficult. When we arrived in the room one of the pillows was dirty, in the details was scriven city view but we had only courtyard view.

Great location, stylished room and very comfortable room! Nice hotel overall and very friendly staff.

Almost no vegan options for breakfast. Only bread and fruits. Nothing to put on the bread, not even margarine.

Amazing location, 10 minute walk to the main square/cathedral of Milan. The room was also awesome, huge, new renovated bathroom, and awesome wrap around balcony with city view. The Staff was really nice, I booked a Deluxe Double or Twin Room and I think they had me as 2 twin beds which I thought equaled one King bed which is what I really wanted but really it meant 2 twin beds separated. They gave us a big King bed which was awesome and we had a room on the top floor (10th) of the hotel.

It was a little noisy at times during the night being on the 10th floor right next to the elevator because it's also where "The Roof" bar/lounge is which is a very popular going out spot for many people (closes at 2am). AC also wouldn't get lower than 22 degrees celsius which is about 72 degrees farenheight.
