The staff was friendly. The room was big and very nice. The breakfast was really varied and delicious. There is also a supermarket close.

Location. There is a metro station not far, anyway for tourist spots you'll need to make a stop to change from line 5 to lines 1 or 2. Anyway it's not an awful problem. After day 1 we addapted easily to moving from the hotel elsewhere.

Room very comfortable and cleaned everyday. In a very quiet location, a little out of the centre but not too far, but noise was never a problem. Breakfast had a very good selection as a buffet, something for everyone and served over a long time. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. All spoke very good English. Mini fridge in the room was a nice surprise. I would recommend this hotel, really good value for money.

Nothing that stands out as a massive problem it was ideal for what we wanted which was somewhere to stay during the Formula 1 race weekend at Monza. Might not suit those wanting to be more central

The hotel staff was really friendly and willing to help. Rooms were clean and were made each day. I have to mention that my fridge was out of order and reception took immediate action so that it would be replaced,and in a couple of hours it was. As far as lication is concerned,it is situated in a quiet area,without many shops near by,so you need to buy stuff from Mialno centrale station. There is a bus stop 4-5 minutes walk that can take you to central bus,metro and train station where you can take another bus or metro to go to the center (Duomo). Overall it was a satisfactory stay,but I wish it could be closest as well as easier to get to the center.

The room was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice and helpful and thankfully there was a lift. We didn't opt for breakfast as it was cheaper to go to a nearby cafe. We selected this hotel because it did not require advance payment. For that it totally met expectations and the room was very decent.

It is a bit of a walk on an uneven pavement from the nearest bus/ tram stop so if you have luggage, it is inconvenient to use public transport. There are no decent eating places nearby, very limited options. However without luggage, it is easy to get around in buses.

Lovely and helpful staff, nice quite area, tasty breakfast. Lovely wide windows with blackout curtains. air conditioner in the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. A beautiful terrace. Shops 5 min away, also bus stop 5min away. There is access to 2 subway stations, one about 12-15min walk, the other one about 20min walk. Tried food delivering service from an app to the hotel and the staff called me when the delivery driver arrived.

Bathroom not regular but accessible, very uncomfortable to use. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Only Italian TV channels were working, although advertised differently. Although breakfast was tasty, not very diverse.

Breakfast was brilliant, our room was very quiet, we liked the hotel in general.

They locked me out of my room in the middle of the night on our first day, because they could not charge my card because of a limit error. (All after I could not pay on arrival because of an issue with their terminals). They had my email adress and phone number on the same sheet of paper next to my card data, but they have not left me a messeage of any kind to let me know there is a problem, they have simply locked my room so my keycard could not open it, knowing I would eventually show up at reception. So we had to deal with this situation around midnight with my phones battery dead, and I normally always pay with my phone. Very pleasent experience.

Clean, no noise, no funny smells, close to the central train station. Suited for a night sleep and a shower.

Small room.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful, easily conversant in English, and at least one young woman had a good sense of ironic humor. Breakfast was generous and a pleasant surprise. The location was removed from the downtown hustle but relatively convenient to the Duomo and Stazione Central by bus.

It's a relatively long walk with luggage to the bus stop on the opposite side of the block, since the entrance faces the opposite way and you must walk around the apartment complex behind the hotel. It might also be helpful to have a good English-language explanation of the public transit opportunities, since Milan has a good and relatively easy-to-use system.

The property was very smart and clean. The location was on a quiet road but joined to the main road for easy access to the bus (which is only about 4 stops from Sondrio Metro station)

The breakfast was an additional €10 per day per person. This isn’t too bad if you enjoy Continental breakfast. We are English so were hoping for something closer to a Full English style breakfast. They did do warm sausage and egg along with cold pastries, breads, meats and cheeses.

We were happy with this hotel which was very much as expected. Location and parking were good, and the hotel was very good value for a hotel in Milan, although not within reasonable walking distance from the city centre.

For the hotel itself, the only comment I would have is that power sockets in the bedroom were somewhat limited, with just one socket on one side of the bed. On the location, it would be better if public transport options were a little closer. We did use the Metro to and from the nearest station, but it was 20 minutes walk away.
