Location was close to Matera old town, 10-12 minutes walk. Very clean, spacious apartment, tasty breakfast bruschetta and sweets - coffee maker in the kitchen. Big bathroom / shower. Easy check-in attentive owner and very good price for the apartment room!
You had your private bathroom, but it was separate from the room - although right next to it. It did not bother us at all, but with others in the apartment it may be an issue for some.

The kitchen is well furnished. The apartment is close to Sassi de Matera and you can park for free on the street in front of the building. The bedroom is spacious and the mattress is comfortable. The bathroom was private but on the corridor (not a suite). I arrived a bit earlier in Matera and I could do the check in as the room was already ready.

We liked the location, the room, bathroom, kitchen. Host was amazing & waiting for us when we arrived.
We liked everything. We can just mentioned that it’s a high second floor without elevator :). Be prepared for your sport if you have big luggage.

The owner is so nice and polite. The rooms are big and well-furnished with attention to detail. We had coffee/drinks and snacks included. The kitchen is shared, but it is not a disadvantage. Exceptionally clean.

Everything, it was all great! The kitchen, the breakfast, the room, the host, good wifi and very well located! For breakfast there was bread, oranges, cheese, ham, jam, toast, croissants, coffee machine, bottled water.

Great stay 10 min walk from old Matera part of the city. Really nice big apartmant with all needed facilities. Pet friendly too.

Huge apartment, a lot of space, clean and nice rooms. Friendly host
I did not notice that we booked a room in an apartment. Another pair of guests booked second room. Each room has it's own bathroom but hallway is shared. Parking on the street is free, however, there was no place for us so we parked in front of the building for which we weren't allowed to. We were told on check-out that some neighbours complained about our car being there.
