Hotel Villa Tiziana

The hotel is incredible: it is good, comfortable. The breakfast is incredible. The staff are very nice. Anything you need, it is probably that you provide. It is a hotel that exceed my expectations.

The only bad feature of the hotel is the location. It is not far from the beach. If you have a car, no problem. Otherwise, it can be a problem to visit close restaurants for example, which I advice to not go alone by foot. But, you can also ask food using local app (for example, Glovo). Anyway, the hotel provides also the service for the transfers, which helps a lot!

From start to finish everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a chore, the pool is incredible, as was the breakfast and lunch options. Our room was so comfortable and they were very accommodating with a travel cot for our baby. Thanks so much, I could t recommend Hotel Tiziana more!

Everything was very clean. Nice pool (but you need to have your own towel, which wasn't mentioned on the website!). Very kind personel, speaking English very well. Tasty breakfasts, mostly italian (sweet), but there was also a possibility to eat lots of "continental" staff.

Far away from the center (actually out of Marina di Massa!, in the next village) - 25 min on foot from the touristic center of Marina di Massa). There were info leaflets in the bathroom, saying that they are protecting environment, so doesn't change the towels everyday if there is no need, and to put them on the floor if you want them to be changed. I have never put any towel on the flor, and all 4 of them were taken to the washing machine every single day :( And no waste segregation. The aircondition was strange, there was hard to set the temperature.

hotel staff were amazing, the breakfast, like other reviews was probably the best spread we have ever seen - plus they make additional items to order (ie eggs, pancakes etc). the pool was so pretty and lots of room around so you can have sun or shade - only issue might have been to have towel service lots of parking and really easy access to miles of beach (both public and areas that you can rent chairs and umbrella for very reasonable prices such as 20 E weekdays we used the hotel bikes and enjoyed riding along the water front area the gardens were amazing and the hotel has so many areas for guests to relax - we were very impressed and would love the chance to come back again

I wish I could have stayed here for more than 1 night. Felt very welcome as soon as I stepped in this hotel, manager walked us to the room and explained everything, the gentlemen behind the reception was super helpful and gave me some explanation about the area. Room was nice, not my personal style but had everything in it that we needed. Hotel looks nice from the outside, good parking for my motorbike. Everything was super clean, had no chance to use the swimming pool but it looked very nice. Breakfast was above my expectation, aside from the standard stuff, loads of cakes that you can take a piece from. You can ask one of the personell to make any type of eggs, waffles or pancakes which is better than most good hotels I have stayed in. Extremely good value for money if you ask me (I was in the off season so probably got a good price)

I could not get the aircondition to lower the temperature in the room, I am pretty tech savy, went into all the settings but was unable to do it. Did not ask anyone of the hotel because it was quite late already (although they are there 24/7 I understood). Location is good but probably not the best, I did not visit the beach or the city center, but driving along the boulevard on the way there, it seemed like there are locations that are closer to where everything happens. Not important for me, but just have a look on google maps first to see if it close to your needs.

Great location with a free car park. There’s a public beach about 5 minutes on foot or facilities where you can have sun beds, umbrellas and showers. we were given an upgrade and treated to a room with a balcony. Extremely clean rooms with toiletries replenished daily. The breakfast was 5 star and the personnel were both friendly and attentive in caring for our personalized requests. The outdoor poor was an added treat to this 3 star hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we checked in early and they had everything ready for us, they even gave us two rooms next to each other. We stayed in the independza rooms at the back of the hotel and we could park directly outside our room. The bathroom was new and modern with a great shower. The breakfast was good and the service was great. I would definitely stay longer next time.

The pool and breakfast were.fantastic .the room was lovely, good balcony, good view.

The service wasn't as friendly as other Italian Hotels we have been too. It was still good though, especially the night porter, the man who organised the shuttle bus and took us to the station. The shuttle was 20 euro but still cheaper than a taxi.

We’re repeat guests. Stayed in room on the 2nd floor which is bigger than the attic rooms. Arianna in the breakfast rooms makes our stay extra special. You can personalize your breakfast choices with fresh eggs, pancakes and waffles on top of the great assortment of sweets, cheeses, meats and fruit.

Very friendly stuff, family owned hotel and fantastic pool!

The traffic is too noisy as the main street passes by the apartment we stayed at but the pool is on the quiet side, which was wonderful and peaceful. Very friendly stuff at the pool bar, as well.
