Lots of choice for breakfast. Our bedroom was massive, we managed to do yoga in the room! Paestum archeological site was incredible. Loads of restaurants in the vicinity. The hotels fountains were brilliant to watch

Pros: hotel was beautifully presented and tastefully decorated. Location is good sn not far from the landmarks. It also has its private beach which is a bonus! .
Cons: while check-out was after 12 pm, a cleaner came in at 10 am without even knocking at the door while we were dressing up! This is shocking and shouldn't be permitted! She asked if she could clean the room but we didn't have to check-out. I told we would not want to clean until we would check out! The room does not have coffee making facility in the room and no complimentary tea or coffee. There were two bottles of water in the fridge which turned out to be not for free. Shocking considering price and 4 stars

Beach club was a nightmare on a Sunday and the hotel did not mention bringing my own towel! With a lot of difficulty, them no English and me no Italian, the bus driver brought me a towel from the hotel on his next drop off. I absolutely loved the Spa and used it thoroughly. Little bit disappointed to be charged another 50 euro for the hour my business colleague used it for however.
My room was dated, shower leaked into the bathroom and the entire floor was under water by the end of the shower!

Nothing. We chose a superior triple room and what we got was a room in the basement which looked nothing like the picture. I guess the only thing we could say positively is that the shared outdoor/reception area are very grand looking. Beach is also nice but of course they don’t provide towels. The staff at the event we attended were amazing actually- reception staff should take some tips.
Customer service is appalling especially at the service desk. No information given and they sort of just wave their hands if you ask a question. Our first room was a mosquito riddled hole with air conditioning which didn’t work. Decor is horrific and nothing like the pictures. They let us swap rooms but it was smaller and still in the basement. Of course they presented a bill for the same amount and when expressing surprise given our experience, they just shrugged their shoulders and refused to bring the manager to me. Coffee is heated with a candle and tastes worst than tar.
