The two ladies I dealt with are AWESOME!!!! One even spoke to us in French. The Hotel is Wonderful!!!
The one think I didn't like was that parking was not close, which I understand, the location for me in not the best the walking was too much for me. If I had know this prior to booking I would have picked another place. This is not reflective of the hotel, they did say parking is close, however, I don't consider that close. It was difficult to navigate through the little allies even with GOOLE maps, But I did love the way the staff went out of their way to help me. Next time I would order the shuttle to and from the airport and not book a car. Order Uber (if available) to get around.

La Dimora del Principe was a great place to stay if you visit Grottaglie. The owner was super friendly. Airport transfers were great and the owner easily organized taxis and transport for me. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting. The location is perfect if you want to stay in the old town. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast was nice (with good espresso).

Very nice and clean interiors; historical and romantic town center; smart tv; spacious room, silent heating
No buffet breakfast; you have to ask for each peace of bit; online cameras watching you all your steps; cold in dining room; misleading fotos of spa which is not accesable for all rooms; high humadity; no parking, you have to park on public parking lots far from accomodation.
