good breakfast, good staff and facilities, excellent location and very pure with shuttle bus. Have stayed before and likely will again.

room hotter than a nuclear reactor

The meal options were very tasty, and the waitstaff was knowledgeable re: wine/meal pairings. The location was well-situated for the places we wanted to see in the area. The building décor is beautiful. The parking garage was very convenient.

It was hard to get a good cross-breeze in the room; given we were on the front side of the hotel (facing the highway), it was very noisy with passing traffic to leave the windows open. The ramp into the parking garage had some uneven spots and I heard my undercarriage scrape hard at one point.

I loved the room, it was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The view from our room was fantastic. It was very well situated, 2 minutes walking to the main bus station and right in the beginning of the city center. The breakfast area was beautiful will lovely view. There were some books that you could borrow and the common area seemed cozy and relaxing.

The breakfast lacked some more healthy options, for example there were no vegetables or simple oatmeal.

Breakfast was great. The location is also very convenient.

The receptionist is pretty rude. She was last year also! I put the names against all of the rooms booked and asked for single beds in each, in advance. One room didn't have this and I was made to feel bad about them having to change it. The bed I slept on had a plastic mattress and a thin sheet on it, horrible in the heat. And facing the main road was noisy.

Our room had no view, was pretty dark because of the hotel's roof ending just outside of our balcony, so we could see hardly anything seating on the balcony! Swimming pool"spa" 20€ for 2 hours for hotel guest!!!!never seen anything like that before usually it is free for hotel guest or for a little price so that was shocking!!

Breakfast was great. Everything was clean. Fast check-in and check-out process. 2 minutes walking away from Courmayeur centre. Room was comfortable and clean.

At breakfast, employee sometimes were looking into phone, they could do it away from sight. Bath tube tap had an issue, don't know how it escaped the cleaning personnel. If you are on foot, it is rather hard to find the place - some signs might help.

No air conditioning ( but it was very hot) No balcony in our room. I think that sometimes Booking.com guest get the lower quality rooms/ views than direct bookings. Reflected in the price or percentage paid to booking.com maybe?

The staff were friendly. Stefano at reception was helping us with how to say Italian words! All very friendly and helpful staff. The location was good. The hotel was extremely hot at night so open the windows to get a breeze going. Not many plug sockets for charging either

Close to bud station. Restaurant surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. Breakfast had everything you might want.

No tissues. Also the bathroom window to the outside the curtain was sheer .

The staff were so energetic, welcoming and helpful even when they didnt have to be. Room and whole building, restaurant, bar, lounge, activity room, spa were so nice. We were expecting a lot less for the price we paid.

That none of the rooms had aircon. We were there during a heatwave of 30'c and even with leaving the windows and the balcony door open all night the room had a hard time cooling down.
