Hotel La Vetta Europa

I would really recommend this Hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Castellana Grotte; its position is really convenient and the structure is well maintained. It's just at a few minutes by foot from Castellana's Grotte. The staff was friendly and kind; the guy who welcomed us gave us some good suggestions on where to go and which nearby places we could visit during our stay. Breakfast was simple but had everything needed for a good start of the day. The room was clean and comfy with a nice balcony and good heating system. The free private parking space is a plus too.

It is a neat, a bit old fashioned hotel, which happens to be in the best spot to visit the Castellana caves. The staff is incredibly nice and fun too. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful even thought the guests, including my husband and myself dug into it with considerable enthusiasm.

The hotel was a bit noisy. There was music from a party or a venue in the vicinity and some loud chattering in the corridor, but once things calmed down the silence was absolute.

Everything. Breakfast was great. The room was wonderful. AC worked perfectly. Close to the beach and a 3km cave tour right next to the hotel.

The host was super friendly and quick to respond to all our requests. The rooms were nothing special, but they were clean and for the price a really good deal.

There isn't much parking space in the hotel's property, so if you arrive late you'll have to park the car on the street.

It is good value for money and I highly recommend especially if you come by car. The hotel also have a parking. The cave is within walking distance and you can also make a stop here if you visit Alberobelo or Monopoli/ Polignano a mare. The breakfast was above average for Italy.

First of all I need to clarify that this hotel doesn't have 24hour reception desk and you cannot rely on the checkin time displayed on booking.com Even though it said checking in was possible until 22:00 we arrived around 21:30 and everything was closed and I thought we would have no place to sleep that night but luckily the manager came in about 15minutes after a few phone calls and everything was fine. So I suggest for the hotel to update the check in time on booking.com to avoid any awkward situation like this, so for example it could be last check in time at 5 or 6 pm. Ceramic flooring inside the room. Shower room was unusually small and I'm a very short person (60kg)

location near to everything, restaurant, near by all the famous tourism places like few minute by walk to castellana cave, Alberobello, monopoli, polignano, fasano & ect.....

the reception was kind and giving us all the information. breakfast full of choice and the staff Giuseppino was nice n kept asking us if we need more coffee or cappuccino. a place must stop by if you are in the area

The hotel is located near the cave. -Private parking -Clean rooms with balcony -Kind staff -Very good and rich breakfast with an exceptional coffee. A very good restaurant open all year is next to the hotel.

Very good location if you want to visit Grotte di Castellana and other places like Alberobello or Martina Franca. The room was good, clean, with AC/heating, with balcony. The breakfast was normal - it didn´t impress nor offended. Around the corner there is wonderful cave of Castellana. The hotel gave us a discount for the tickets! The hotel has private parking. Good value for money.

Shower is quite small. A guy at the reception didn´t speak english, but it was no big problem.

The owner was kind to answer any questions and to let us for early check -in (1 hour earlier). The location was a few metres away from the Italy's most famous and biggest cave Castellana Grotte. The breakfast was delicious. The argentinian guy working there Santi was very kind and friendly. The hotel had a private parking.

Amazing staff and breakfast.The hotel was located in a lovely location right opposite the Castellana Grotte. Our room was really lovely with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again! The town wS just gorgeous!
