The room and bathroom were very clean. Great sea view, the bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel is very old and could urgently use some maintenance work, there's a horrible sewage smell near the elevators, the desk and couch in the room all stained and 'had a life full of experiences'. Breakfast and dinner are extremely expensive. The espresso machine in the room didn't work at all. Bit silly, but, the toilet is really uncomfortable, hurt our butts and the legs kept getting numb. On the order it seems like there's a lot of rooms with a bathtub, which is not the actual case.. there's barely any..however the staff found us a room once we insisted that we specifically ordered a room with a tub.

The staff is amazing. They do what they can to meet your needs and make your stay enjoyable. Dorit, Yona and Danielle at check-in took care of me always with a smile. There were some glitches with the app entering the correct info and they quickly resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Concierge also went out of their way to help me with my numerous taxi needs, especially a young gentleman with long brown hair who said his name was Danielle also? The buffet is really good with a variety of choices. I plan to return and will be booking with them again. I had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and sea, easy access to the beach as well as easy access to different parts of tel aviv.

The internet connection at times

1. The gentleman at the reception was helpful and friendly. Noam (the person who helped us with the parking) is a happy person, was very enthusiastic and ready to help. 2. The balcony and the sea view from our room. 3. Complimentary bottles of water. 4. The bathroom was nice.

1. 2 single beds were put together and they keep separating. 2. We were put in an adjoining room (room 1622), the people in the next room were VERY NOISY. It felt like they were in our room having a party. 3. There was not a single creamer for coffee. 4. The internet kept breaking.

We liked the location. Once our issue was resolved, the staff were great. Shabbat dinner was great. The breakfast was amazing. The customer service manager, Daniel went all out to help us and provide the best service.

What we requested on our booking wasn’t what we got upon arrival, but it was resolved the next day. The pool hours were not to our liking. The pool closed too early. Not everyone spoke or understood English well.

Amazing location, great staff and beautiful rooms. Everyone was friendly and made it an easy and great stay. Staff helped quickly to fix and small issues and were very generous. Was given an upgrade on check in for no extra charge that was not required.

The hotel itself is a bit old. The rooms are nice and the view is amazing. Only criticism is it could use some renovations to refresh the main facilities.

Hotel management was very attentive. The view and the food in restaurant is awesome.

Poor room cleaning services, also сleaning staff was talking very loud in front of my door in the morning despite on remarks.

We came Oct 06th from Dallas Texas to visit Israel . The morning after we landed , the Hamas terrorists invaded Israel. The hotel handled everything so exceptional and with such great efforts to make us comfortable and safe… we were blown away with every single staff … our hearts are with everyone there . And we saw how quick the hotel was to offer rooms to the refugees , and how the community came together. Just wow

I was lucky enough to be greeted and checked in by Keren from the guest relation team. A super professional appearance and first class care…Thank you Keren ! I booked and received a very nice room with a direct sea view. My room was cleaned by the staff every day and replaced with all the necessary things such as shampoo and towels after consumption. The staff very competent and professional in the implementation. Both the breakfast and the dinner were well organized and equipped with the latest delicacies. Everything is very nice and tidy.

There were only positive experiences

good hotel located by the sea. great breakfast and dinner. furniture is a bit weary, but still ok. clean. among hotels in Tel Aviv it is a good one. a beautiful beach right by.

the pool didn’t work, which was upsetting, there was no information about it not working when I booked the hotel. if you keep the windows open it is loud from the streets. it’s just the way the hotel is built (same way as several other hotels near by)

the location is great- right on waterfront promenade and steps away from the beach. there is a pool and a restaurant with a wonderful buffet breakfast. the staff was wonderful and very responsive to questions and requests. the beds were very comfortable and the towels are large and fluffy. it was a relaxing stay and I hated to leave.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. I would suggest putting menus in the room for ordering room service and hair dryers in the bathrooms.
