we like the location, the rooms are good and comfortable , the view is beautiful . generally good hotel but a little bit old. the breakfast is good very good service

the smell and lights inside the halls and lobby is not good enough. the parking is not good and expensive. we were told to buy three days for two nights stay , and it was wrong . we bought one extra day that we don’t need.

The included breakfast lived up to expectations with tons of variety and options for my kids and myself. The pool was clean and well-run. The hotel generally is well-kept and clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. A great place to bring the family.

This Dan hotel is older and needs a lot of upgrades and replacements. Everywhere you look, you can tell the place is rundown. You pay for the Dan quality and service but this Dan hotel does not live up to what you expect of the Dan chain.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were spot on. ..very courteous and attentive to my needs.

The shower in my room was not adequate, in that I could only use half for the tub space with the shower head on. A fully enclosed tub would really be better. Had to wipe the floor w/ the bath mat. Secondly, the bed covers were tucked in way too short that I had to pulled it out from the bottom of the mattress so I could cover myself entirely. The linen only covered me up to my lower chest making it hard to sleep. Aside from these two things, I truly enjoyed my stay at the Dan Panorama. I will definitely see you all again.

Excellent breakfast, especially the make-your-own-omelet bonus AND the friendly staff. LOcation also great. I was especially impressed with the quality of the food at the dairy option in the evening, in the so-called Lobby. And the prices for these food items were very reasonable. So although the room rates were not cheap, the rates for these "extra" meals was a nice bonus.

Not enough lighting in the room, especially on or over the desk. I supposed adding a lamp on the desk would have fixed this. Also, the overhead shower broke the first time I used it -- a metal piece fell out. I did not report it, since I just used the hand-held shower, which was fine. But it should be fixed. (I forgot to tell the front desk.)

Breakfast buffet was very good and the hotel facilities were lovely. Helpful front desk staff.

‘Hotel parking’ is run by a private company. Entrance to parking next to hotel is open limited hours. There is a back 24-hour entrance to parking off the street that runs above the Baha’i Gardens. Check this out and be prepared in case you want to return to the hotel parking after or just before 8pm

Very professional and efficient receptionist. Need to give special thanks to the bar tender and he even warmed bread for me as I arrived very late and no restraunt and room service. I checked if I can get some salty bread for my stomach. So good location to have a nice view.

Only European type sockets in room, there are multi types sockets now in many international hotel.

you have to walk out of the hotel to the mall next door to get to parking. Parking was extra, 50SH / 24hrs.

i had a major trouble this time checking in because they don’t accept cash over 5000 nis , this was very disappointing experience because this law wasn’t listed either on booking or on their official website, I wasn’t prepared and it could have made my vacation terrible

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Dan Panorama. We chose it for the views afforded by this multi-level hotel on a hilltop, and we had spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us with our dinner reservations in town. The rooms were large and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of options. We would happily return.

The room was a reasonable size, the furniture in the room of a bed and chairs were comfortable, the electrical equipment in the room was reasonable, a kettle a fridge and the TV was of good quality. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom clean and tidy. The level of cleanliness is good, the arrangement of the room was well done without interruption, filling in perishable deficiencies and changing towels without having to ask. Room service was fast and courteous. Breakfast is very good and plentiful.

The level of maintenance in the room needs a slight improvement. The bathroom lacked a threaded button to change the spray mode of the shower, the glass that prevents the spray of liquids from the shower out was with an unsuitable sealing strip - which caused a lot of water to spray out. The room facing the sea was without a balcony and only with a partial view of the sea. In the dining room there is no strictness in wearing masks, there are gatherings of guests near the point of preparation of the eggs or coffee and everything is conducted without intention. The manager who walked around among the guests without an ID tag (with a mask) started asking questions without introducing herself - and wanted to know about our level of satisfaction with the hotel.
