There were plenty of car park spaces in the underground car park. When I checked in the female receptionist was very courteous and helpful. I was also surprised to be told that I was upgraded to an executive sweet. 👍😊 The room was huge, clean, warm and quiet. I loved that there was air-conditioning in the rooms, and the temperature could be controlled by me. 👍 The bathroom was clean, spacious and well stocked. The bed was huge, clean, comfortable and warm. The WiFi was excellent. The price for the room was reasonable.

Even though the room had a large flat-screen smart TV with apps installed, it couldn't connect to the Internet or WiFi... no matter what I tried. So I was left watching the Saorview channels. I have stayed here before and this is a common problem, no matter what room I stay in.

Husband loved gym (reason for selecting this hotel) and substantial breakfast (extra). Room comfortable and more spacious than on third floor (where we were on earlier visit) but no shower. Iron, board, hairdryer, kettle etc. Good bed, weak internet, decent parking, good lifts. Friendly helpful staff, good North African inspired choices on menu both meat and vegetarian, other options too but these were my choices and very tasty too. Definitely family friendly.

No towels day two though very promptly brought by housekeeping and no towelling bath mat for floor which unlike the shower wasn’t non slip again housekeeping helpfully supplied a solution. Distance from town. Quite expensive €119 breakfast extra whereas a similar hotel we stayed in on our last night supplied breakfast at €119 a night, but lacked a gym.

We had a brilliant relaxed 40th birthday celebration here. Everything was spotless, the staff couldn't do anymore. It was extremely good value for money. The beds are the comfiest Iv ever stayed in. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious. On the morning we were leaving the power and water had gone due to stormy weather during the night, but I have to say the staff were unfazed and did an amazing job making sure we were all looked after. AAA+ STAFF

The ONLY thing we encountered coming home from town was a very rude barman. He quipped the bar was closed and gave out and seemed annoyed.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location on the Dublin Road but not noisy. Reasonably priced breakfast. The cooked breakfast was served by staff rather than a buffet. There were also a myriad of choices of juices, cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. at a buffet as additional included choices. Nice dinner in the pub - dining room only open Fridays and Saturdays. Lift serviced underground free parking was great - especially when raining. ETA: Hair dryer in desk drawer ;-)

Staff competent, courteous and helpful. Food in the restaurant delicious. Room spacious and clean, plenty of complimentary water, fresh towels. Shower had a good flow. Parking free and secure. Leisure centre available to residents, although we didn't have time to use it.

From our room on the 2nd floor, we could hear a humming or buzzing noise outside during the night, may have been a vent of some sort. Not loud enough to break noise statutes, but sufficient to be annoying nonetheless. Bed was somewhat hard, and we found ourselves quite stiff in the morning.

Bed great, towels, coffee, biscuits good. Room clean with iron, hairdryer, emergency toothbrushes..... Food was good, spouse loved gym (reason for picking hotel). Quiet at night once the various very small children staying had gone to bed. It appeared very family friendly. Good lifts

Really hard to find, poorly signposted and not obviously signed, name of bar restaurant was more obvious than of hotel. It took us well over an hour even after parking in town and looking at tourist info board. Pricey. Fairly out of town past the prison. Not walking distance to town centre.

Good underground parking, nice welcome at reception room was very nice and away from road so no noise Elmis toiletries in bathroom very nice.

Seems to be renovation work going on the workmen had a lot of furniture round the parking area which made it a little tricky in the car park. Used the restaurant for evening meal very disorganised food arrived before drinks had to ask 3 times for a jug of water but the food was very nice. If you use the swimming pool you have to wear a swim cap and they will loan you one

Julia at the reception made us feel very welcome and made the check in very easy, she explained everything well. There was a Polish lady working Saturday night around public areas who was very helpfull too, these two are a credit to the hotel!

We were a bit disappointmed with the "plate" policy for breakfast as we were told we cannot have a one eggs Benedict along with irish breakfasts as its one plate per person, we do travel a bit and are yet to find the policy elsewhere... The person serving us wasnt the nicest either, but there was another girl Helena and she was very good.

Not enough tables and chairs to hold many people on New Year’s Eve we where told that they make sure that there was a table of 5 for use when we come back in to bar after are meal in the restaurant but unfortunately there was not we were so dissatisfied about it my mother and myself suffer from arthritis and bar stools at bar to high to sit on and my son also is Austistic and only 2 bar staff on New Year’s Eve there should have been more

Honestly one of the best stays I've had in a long time would highly recommend. Great for couples and family's cater for all staff are so professional and extremely helpful. Nina Nicole and Daniel were extremely helpful great personalities. Waiting staff/bar were so polite and Andrea (if I got her name correct) the cocktails superb service was excellent. I've worked in the hospitality sector from chef to bar so I know myself I can be a pain in the arse that was not an issue with the Amazing staff allover Do not hesitate to go here ☺️☺️
